We have stated at this property several times with no problems - this stay was a nightmare - moved to 4 rooms for a 3 night stay - 1st was not cleaned - 2nd tv would not work - 3rd the keys did not work 8 times - finally moved to a 4th room for the last night. Most staff were nice - others were tired of looking at us again and again just to get into our room.

The room I got did not feel clean except for the bed area. The reception staff & to some extent the dining staff were really helpful & friendly, this is the only reason my stay was tolerable.

I found bed bugs in my bed, stains on the mattress cover and mattress and could tell they had not been washed. I decided to leave at 3:30am when I was woke up to something crawling on me and when I went downstairs there was nobody at the desk to discuss with. I then called the next day and asked to speak to a manager and was asked what for and when I told the person on the phone they said the manager was not available and she would have him call back and I have yet to hear back.
