- Renovated in 2022, this is a 2 bedroom river cottage just a short walk from the Santa Fe River. Conveniently located near several Florida springs, great dining, & unique shopping. Check out our guest book for more info. **We highly recommend purchasing trip insurance that will cover a variety of issues that may arise prior or during your trip. Examples are medical events that prevent or shorten your stay, vehicle problems or accidents, and natural disasters (i.e. tropical storms and hurricanes) that require mandatory or suggested evacuation. Florida in the summer is always subject to strong storms which often cause lengthy power outages that can affect the property and could electively cause guests to shorten their stay. Trip insurance would potentially cover the remaining days depending on the policy purchased.
