If u dnt mind paying to sleep in rooms that are noticably dirty then this is the place for u. The place smells musty. I won't be coming back to this filthy place again.

The room was a disaster. In the morning, we were horrified to see blood spots on the bed sheets, smeared on the door, shower curtains, and more. The shower and toilet did not appear cleaned. The floor was caving in beside the shower. When we asked for a refund due to exposure to bodily fluids and other filth, the front desk gave us an invalid email and phone number. Do not risk staying at this hotel.

To begin the communication, I did not like the room they assigned us: the bathroom door did not close completely, the hand sink was inside the toilet room, the bathroom floor was sticky as if it were not mopped, and that's how it was. We endure it because we only use it to sleep. Breakfast had hard beans and the scrambled egg lacked cooking. In short, I will not return to that place. I'm sorry but that's how it was.

The property was every bit a 2 star hotel or less. The room itself was clean enough but the tub drain was broken and one of the lamps was shorted out. The overall property seemed outdated and unkempt. Called the desk for an extra pillow and was told they had none.

good stay
the room I had was quiet and comfortable after kindly being changed from having noisy people next door to my first room. Unfortunately, the window treatments seen from the outside and the unkempt grounds gives this hotel a look of caution but, it really is a decent stay.

No one was at the front desk, I was there about twenty minutes before some arrived to check me in. The room and hotel could have been cleaner, especially the carpet. It was hard to sleep with slamming doors and talking all night. The smell of Marijuana was strong and constant. The breakfast was very limited and never replenishment. I've stayed at other baymount properties, but this was less than a satisfying experience. We definitely paid too much for this experience

The remote did not work when we first for there. The staff eventually got it fixed after 20 minutes. It stopped woeking again the next day and took another 20 minites or so to figure it out. The phone in the room did not work. The ice machine was broken. They cleaned my bed the second day because i spilled something on it, took my comforter and never brought me another back. I found a pair of shoes that the previous guest left in our room. So much for cleanliness!! They had the "lobby/breakfast" area lights off so we couldnt sit there and just hang out. One of the worst experiences.
