Island Princess 701 - Beach Bum Bliss!
3 bedroom , 3 bathroom charming beachfront condo spacious enough for the whole family! This top floor unit provides the best views of the beautiful Gulf of Mexico which can be viewed on the private balcony. This limitless 3 bedroom sleeps up to 8 people with a king bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in one guest room, 2 twin beds in the other guest room, and a queen sleeper sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen offers breakfast bar seating with a dining room table right beside it where you can sit and enjoy the views of the water or the flat screen TV in the living room. This rental includes access to a gulf front pool and hot tub, exercise room, outdoor grills and easy access to the beach via a private boardwalk where you can enjoy free beach service, including 2 beach chairs and an umbrella from March-October.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 queen bed, 3rd bedroom - 2 twin beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 8.

Island Princess #701 Ft. Walton Beach

This was a great condo in a great location on Okaloosa Island. Gorgeous ocean view from the 7th floor balcony. The unit was very clean, well furnished, and comfortable. A separate bath for each bedroom is a big plus. A very short drive to great restaurants and attractions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a great rental. Absolutely fit all our needs with me, my wife, son, daughter-in-law, and our two grandkids. Roomy enough for everyone and still provided a home like atmosphere. This was a clean rental and everything we needed was available. The view was amazing and just a short trip to the beach. I also enjoyed the free rounds of golf that were provided at some good courses. I would stay again.

Island Princess 701- Top Floor

The condo was clean. The property was okay. The pool is very small so it was always packed. We never saw any property management and people were smoking weed at the pool and on balconies. If you plan to stay, would recommend reserving the beach chairs you want for a week, 15 a day and you don’t have to rush down for spot in the morning. Chair guys were awesome! Great little ice cream and putt putt place down the street which was great. There weren’t any cooking pans so we had to get creative with cooking. There is a regular coffee pot and small Keurig. We enjoyed the condo and it was enough room for everyone. It was convenient to many things and that was nice and easy to get around. You are also close to the elevator on the floor so that made it easy to get up and down to the room. There was plenty of parking as well.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a very nice condo with a great view. These ratings reflect the cleanliness. Some of the items in the kitchen had to be rewashed and the floor had a greasy and gritty feel. It was nice to have an elevator at the room but when it breaks down that is not good. The squeaking noise it makes is bad for the ones sleeping in the front bedroom. Need to maintain the elevators which is really on the Island Princess not B & S. Overall enjoyed our stay. The guys that take care of your beach chairs are Great and the pool is very nice.
