New bedroom furniture and linens and smart TVS in every bedroom. This owner has made this the perfect place for relaxing to watch a bowl game in the winter or resting from long days in the beach and lazy river during every season.

    Heron 309-Corner condo with wrap around balcony. From the top of the line mattresses, upgraded granite, great cabinetry and built-ins to the flat screen televisions this condo exudes luxury and relaxation.

    The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the utensils that you will need for that special meal with family and friends. Stainless steel cookware and top of the line appliances are furnished along with mixing bowls and casserole dishes. So whether you decide to dine in or out the kitchen is ready for your needs.

    Master bedroom has a king sized bed with top of the line mattress and linens! Also enjoy a flat screen TV and views of the lazy river (at night it glows and is sure to set your mood) Master bath has Jacuzzi tub and separate shower! I also boasts dual vanities and a large walk in closet.

    Second bedroom also has a king sized bed with top of the line mattress and linens! Also enjoy a flat screen TV.

Great Stay

We had a great stay at the Heron! The condo was just as described, and everything was great! There was so much to do on site such as multiple pools, a lazy river, a dock to walk out on to watch dolphins, and the ocean a short walk away. Thanks for a great stay!

Great View and Spacious

We loved the view and there was plenty of room for everyone. Kitchen had everything that was needed for us to cook. It has a nice washer and dryer so we could keep the laundry caught up and had clean beach / pool towels daily.

Loved our stay!

Absolutely loved our stay! From communication of check-in to check out. Property was more than we all expected. Unit was beautiful and very accommodating. We had everything we needed. Stay was like at home. Location was great. Most of all kids and adults loved the pool and lazy river. Definitely will be back!!

Very Comfortable

We were all over the place with options in this area. Bedrooms and lazy river sold us! No regrets. The amount of fun stuff in the area was amazing! Thank you and we hope to visit again.

My family and I had a wonderful trip. We were in town for a wedding and decided to make a vacation out of it. The condo is large we had plenty of room! The kitchen has anything you could possibly need during your stay! The only negatives I have about the stay is our 3 year old’s feet would get solid black from walking on the floor. We mopped however it was maybe the grout of the tile it needs a good mopping all that was there was a swifter so we could not truly get it clean. Second the trash shoot next to the elevator is great except it seemed like it was full every morning we tried to use it.

The property was very nice! Plenty of space for 3 families. The lazy river was awesome! Very nice for young kids! Bridge to beach side was cool! Not too far but it was a bit of a walk and ride in elevator. The price I thought was on expensive side but amenities and space made it understandable I guess! Great place! Thanks

Perfect condo for our family vacation. Kitchen was well supplied with everything we needed to prepare meals. Beds were comfortable, rooms were spacious. The pools and grounds were well kept. Will definitely consider renting here again!

Absolutely everything the discrimination stated! We had a wonderful time and the Condo was absolutely amazing. Very clean and well put together, had all the necessities and then some! We will definitely be back.
