Located on Okaloosa Island, this vacation rental is cozy yet spacious. The biggest feature is the views - the large balcony has the best ones. In the common area, you can see the Gulf of Mexico from each room, as well as the primary bedroom, which offers access to the balcony too. Amenities include a well-equipped kitchen and in-home laundry. Property amenities include a pool and sundeck, along with an outdoor shower. In the surrounding area, find restaurants with fresh seafood on the menu. For entertainment, check out Wild Willy's Adventure Zone, offering miniature golf, and a ropes course. Rent a pontoon boat from Island Watersports and explore the bay on the water and enjoy access to Crab Island in Destin. Complimentary beachside service is available during the peak season, and guests will be provided with one umbrella and two chairs.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Great beach vacation

Loved Okalosa Island because traffic was not bad and Destin was close by with a lot of amenities. Lots of time in the water and fun parasailing too. Shopping and great food too. best was the beautiful emerald water.

Great condo

Loved the cleanliness and how we could make both bedrooms have their own private bathroom. We had room to park two loaded beach wagons right inside the door, good selection of kitchen tools. Soap, shampoo, conditioner crock pot, great vacuum to help keep it tidy while there provided. Great patio furniture, air unit works well, easy access to elevator. Highly recommend

Very Nice Condo with great location - needs a bit of updating

The location is great, and the beach access is very convenient. The beach is also not very full at all, much more room than the Destin beaches. The Condo was very clean, but did have a bit of an odd smell. There are some updates and repairs needed, but nothing that was a major issue.

We loved the unit. Was very clean and had everything we needed. The only issue is parking in the garage. We were not able to use our assigned parking as it was so small my Buick Enclave was unable to fit. So, we used one of the non assigned parking spots available.

Loved sitting on deck and watching ocean. Beach service was great to have chairs and umbrellas set up each day. Clean unit, comfortable furniture and bed. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Getaway Right on the Beach

This unit is on the 5th floor facing the water. It is in such close proximity and literally took just a couple of minutes to get from the condo to the beach. The location is excellent and convenient to stores, recreation, and numerous restaurants. If a place to get away from stress is your goal, this is the place to be! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again!

Great location on the Gulf

The location is super close to the gulf with a very short Boardwalk to the beach. Kitchen has been recently upgraded with nice appliances. Some of the decor is dated, and bathrooms need an update. The AC works great, and we were comfortable during our stay. If you aren’t snobby about decor, I think you will find the place is just perfect.
