Located on Okaloosa Island, this vacation rental is cozy yet spacious. The biggest feature is the views - the large balcony has the best ones. In the common area, you can see the Gulf of Mexico from each room, as well as the primary bedroom, which offers access to the balcony too. Amenities include a well-equipped kitchen and in-home laundry. Property amenities include a pool and sundeck, along with an outdoor shower. In the surrounding area, find restaurants with fresh seafood on the menu. For entertainment, check out Wild Willy’s Adventure Zone, offering miniature golf, and a ropes course. Rent a pontoon boat from Island Watersports and explore the bay on the water and enjoy access to Crab Island in Destin.

Place is rock solid, the only thing I can think of that needs a little attention is the bed in the Master Bedroom gettin close to needing an update otherwise you can be confident renting the unit

This unit is on the 5th floor facing the water. It is in such close proximity and literally took just a couple of minutes to get from the condo to the beach. The location is excellent and convenient to stores, recreation, and numerous restaurants. If a place to get away from stress is your goal, this is the place to be! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book this property again!

This unit worked very well for our visit. The kitchen was really nice. This has nothing to do with this unit, the the passcode to open the gate to the beach at the facility was inconsistent and frustrating. All the guests talked about their dissatisfaction with the gate and code.

The location is super close to the gulf with a very short Boardwalk to the beach. Kitchen has been recently upgraded with nice appliances. Some of the decor is dated, and bathrooms need an update. The AC works great, and we were comfortable during our stay. If you aren’t snobby about decor, I think you will find the place is just perfect.

This was the perfect place in the perfect location for our family. Everything was clean and we had everything needed for a cozy weekend at the beach. We had one issue with one of the toilets not flushing and they sent someone right away to fix it. Our last night we watched the Labor Day fireworks on the pier from the balcony, and the last morning we spent out there watching the dolphins. This is the perfect spot for a familu get away.

The condo was clean and comfortable with an outstanding ocean view—beautiful sunrises and sunsets. If you intend to cook, you may want to bring your cookware with you, but it’s located very near to excellent restaurants. We did not use the pool, but why would you when the gulf is just steps away. We would definitely return.

Perfect location for a family with kids. Overall was an excellent stay lots of extra towels. Could use modern updates if anything. But wasn’t lacking in anything as far as what’s needed for the stay. The beach access is beyond perfect especially with small children. We could easily run up to the room if needed instead of hauling every little thing down to the beach with us. Would stay again.

I loved that I was able to have my son who’s in the military based at Eglin and his wife and my little infant granddaughter over all week long and we were completely comfortable. My other two children were there as well and we had the best time. We were close to so many good restaurants and entertainment but also had everything we needed besides the groceries to cook meals in. The view could not have been more perfect. A short walk to the beach was also nice, we all were able to come and go since some of us love soaking up the sun more than others. It was perfect.

This condo was perfect for our get away. It was right on the beach. A quick trip down the elevator and we were there. The balcony is wonderful with the comfy lounge loveseat and chairs. We could see both the sunrise and set. Plus the gulf waves would lull us to sleep nightly. We highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a low key stay beach going trip. Very relaxing perfect for doing nothing! 😊

We loved the property overall. The fire sprinkler did leak so we had to keep a towel down to catch the water (we called and they vowed to fix it). But that didn’t stop us from having a great vacation. You really can’t beat the location and view.

This Condo was everything we needed! The view was amazing! The 2 bedroom Condo had a bedroom with a full and twin bed! Perfect for my 6 and 11 yr old daughters! The beds even had cute night light headboards. Comfy, cozy and only steps from the beach. There was a covered pArking space also! We would stay here again, and would definitely recommend!

Pros - Great location, beach access was easy and close, balcony view was beautiful and furniture comfortable, clean. Cons - Not very well stocked. Had to buy toilet paper, trash bags, dishwasher detergent and other similar items that most places provide. Also had to buy beach towels as there were none provided.

Place was quiet and roomy. Parking was a bother because the spaces were very tight and hard to get in and out of. Master bedroom was humid and felt warmer than the rest of the place, so the temp was hard to get comfortable (freezing in living room, humid in master bedroom). We felt very safe during our stay. Conveniently located right next to a Tom Thumb general store. Several good restaurants nearby as well. About 20 minutes from Silver Sands shopping center. Place was very quiet and had very little traffic. Overall, it was a nice place for our anniversary trip on the island! We would book again.

Our stay was great!! The condo was very clean and neat. Plenty of kitchen towels and bathing towels. So jealous of Mr Owl on the patio. He has the best view of the beautiful beach and ocean. Great furniture on the patio to relax and take in the relaxing sound of the ocean waves. Beds were ok. The only thing I could see that could be improved are necessities in the kitchen. Thing to cook with and spoons would be nice. Overall, it was wonderful and we would come again.

The condo was exactly as advertised minus the cockroaches that ran out from under the recliners. Had contacted Vacasa to inquire about checking in an hour early and they told us to enjoy the pool. Only the pool was drained and coned off. Check in time rolled around and our room still wasn’t ready. Overall the condo was perfect size for 3 people the view was beautiful and the area was perfect. This is my 3rd time in okaloosa island to visit my son stationed at hurlburt field and the area never disappoints

Bed is beginning to sag but is still comfortable. Blemish on baseboard when you first come in. Rust on dishwasher and fridge and fridge doesn’t cool as well as the newer ones. Microwave is an eyesore; it’s cracked. Ceiling in the hallway is patched up as it seems there was a leak there. Balcony furniture has mildew on it and is uncomfortable. Aside from that, the place was clean and relatively comfortable. I believe it was priced right. Would I stay there again? Probably not. Do I regret our stay? No.
