"Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our 3rd and final stay with Garrett/ Benchmark. "Carole was very nice and responded quickly, and her place was so homey! We walked right over to the bike rental and everything we wanted to see was a 10 minute easy bike ride. We would definitely stay here again. "
