Asked for housekeeping, didn't get it, asked a second time and when the housekeeper got to room asked for full bathroom service. Just got one towel. The room was to gave a fridge, none. The room had no coffee cups for the coffee machine. Asked and got one. Our rooms AC leaked and instead of fixing they just turned it off. We had to ask for a room change it was never offered.
The bar is poorly stocked.
For breakfast, the host/server never came to our table except for bill. Had to go get water from her, had to ask for bill twice after sitting 20 minutes.
Pool under construction, patio under construction, garden? What garden? Sundeck under construction. Main elevators out of order had to use service elevator or stairs to 5th floor ( which you access from outside).
When concerns brought to attention of staff, they were rude and could not have cared less.
Will never return.
