"Beautiful property but we had a few hiccups during our stay. A staff member opened the door and walked into my room without knocking (I presume he didn’t realized I’d checked in, but it was still alarming), one of the bath robes was wet, the record player in our room was broken and the shelf in the shower was falling off the wall. What I’m most unimpressed by though was that I shared this feedback upon checkout a wasn’t offered more than an apology from the host. I also shared this in the hotel’s feedback form which they sent me after my stay and also never heard from anyone. I rarely write reviews but the disregard for my experience when shared with the hotel left a bad taste in my mouth. At ~$500 per night, I expect more from a service perspective "

"We loved it! Location is great. Awesome views from the room. Nice balcony. Room is updated with modern bedding, furniture. We can’t wait to go back!"

"The host communication was 5 star for sure. The house and all its top notch amenities made for a very comfortable stay. "

"Heater in the room wasn’t working. Had to use a space heater to heat the room. The WiFi wouldn’t work with the codes they gave me to use. The shower wasn’t working and couldn’t bathe. Pictures posted on line were very different from what the room actually looked like. "

"The view and setting is unparalelled! The hike was great, as are the outdoor patio, jacuzzi and gas fire pit seating area. A wonderful place for adults to commune with nature and have their seperate rooms."

"It is a spacious, clean, well-designed home in an unbeatable, gorgeous location. The host, Anne was responsive and prompt with our questions and concerns. The water heater was out of commission when we arrived and we discovered this a day into our stay. While it was inconvenient, the host, Anne, was super -responsive and arranged for it to be fixed within a day of of being notified. The house is well-appointed with everything one would need during a stay. We did not get to try the hot tub this time but plan to the next time we rent this property."
