Beautiful 2 bedroom/2 bath Beachtree 1 condo that sits on one of the property pond with a peek of the ocean from the living room and master bedroom windows. This top floor corner unit has beautiful vaulted ceilings and a loft for extra sleeping accommodations. You will find the kitchen well-stocked for cooking meals at home. All brand new appliances. If not in the mood for cooking, there is a tiki bar by the main pool that serves appetizers, sandwiches, and cold drinks. There is also sports bar overlooking the ocean. Or you can try the oceanfront restaurant with a full menu and bar. There are many other dinning options outside of Ocean Village just a short drive up or down the A1A. The condo's surrounding greenery is well maintained; it really is paradise here. There are miles of unspoiled and uncrowded beaches, a beautiful par three 9 hole golf course, four pools including a kids pool and jacuzzi, tennis courts with lights for an evening match, an exercise room, bocce ball courts, pickle-ball courts, library, and gated, secure entry. Come and enjoy resort like life at its finest in Ocean Village.

Master bedroom has a new king bedroom set with a new comfy mattress. Smart TV with Netflix. Master bathroom with large vanity, second mirror/sink, and shower. Guest bedroom has a new queen bed, plenty of closet storage and TV. Loft upstairs has a comfy queen bed. The second full bathroom is next to the guest bedroom and is accessible from the hallway.

New Washer/Dryer in unit. Beach umbrella, 6 beach chairs, and cooler available for use in the entrance closet.

Restful beach vacation

We had an amazing time here! The condo fit our needs perfectly and is in a great community. The welcome basket was a sweet touch and we appreciated the thorough communication. I would come back in a heartbeat! The only thing to note was one of the blinds was broken from a previous visitor and the sheets in the loft were sandy, but that’s more feedback for the cleaning and maintenance crew. Omi was very understanding and made sure we had everything we needed. I recommend this condo to any small group of friends or family!

Wonderful stay at the turtle tropical retreat!

We chose the turtle tropical retreat for our family vacation at the ocean village because of the amount of space it had, and modern beach style. And we were not disappointed. The condo was beautiful and very clean. Omi was a great hostess, she was in contact every step of the booking, check in, check out. We will definitely be staying again in the future. Beautiful Island Experience

We absolutely enjoyed our stay in the 4th floor condo overlooking the pond. This is such a comfortable, clean, and well appointed condo situated at the end of the island. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and easy beach access. Omi was wonderfully accommodating for any hiccup we experienced. Thank you!

We very much enjoyed our stay in Ocean Village. The owners of the condo we rented were delightful to work with. Very responsive. Very warm and supportive. Could not have imagined better “landlords“. The condo was clean spacious, and better than we expected. There were more than adequate utensils and silver dishes, and plenty of accessories like tinfoil, and coffee filters and other necessary items for three weeks stay. We recommend this place without reservation and hope to be renting it next year for a longer period of time.

Nice place to stay on the beach

The condo is nice. Plenty of room for my family of five. Short walk to the beach but walking around the property isn’t easy. There aren’t many sidewalks from this area of the property. Also, there is an older security lady that isn’t friendly to guests, especially kids that play at the main pool.

Spent two weeks and the unit is really well appointed, the property is super clean and very safe. Omi was a pleasure to deal with. No complaints AT ALL!

Great, great stay

For those fortunate to be able to spend time in Florida you could not find a better owner. Omi was spot on in terms of explaining and guiding us through our stay. She was obviously knowledgeable about her unit as well as the overall property and area. Omi was right back to us with answers to questions as well as suggestions. Her home is spacious and expertly stocked with necessities. We bought our own necessities but if we were lacking, Omi had us covered. I could go on as hopefully you can sense our approval of our stay and of Omi as our owner but the words are not enough. We would be proud and humbled to be able to stay again with Omi.
