The Ocean Cottage comes complete with a full kitchen that features a refrigerator, electric range, microwave, dishwasher and bar-seating for quick and casual dining. For a more formal dining space, the TV console table expands into a dining table that can seat up to four. The cottage accommodates up to six guests, with two queen-size beds in the bedroom, and a sleeper sofa in the living area.

Unique, one-of-a-kind amenities of Ocean Village include a private beach on the renowned isle of South Hutchinson Island in Florida, guard-gated entry, roaming security, full-service restaurant, bar, and poolside bar/dining area, three pools, golf courses, tennis courts, fitness center, library, clubhouse, bocce ball, shuffle board and so much more. The OC was in a great location, the new gym and facilities included were amazing- great view of both the golf course and the patio faces the sunrise 3 The new main pool to open this season is beautiful and in the meantime we were able to use the Aruba Centers Hot Tub and heated pool.

Very nicely decorated, exactly as described, everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. Slightly disappointed both the restaurants on site were closed but a 5 minute drive will get you amongst plenty of places. Beach chairs and parasol a nice touch

Pleased to find the well appointed newly furnished and attractively decorated unit.Found it to be very clean and comfortable. Just a few steps from the beach and right on the 8th hole green. We love Ocean Village and all the accommodations that it offers. Our place was bright and airy and we could catch the sunrise from our balcony. Owners were very responsive to our requests and made it easy to check in and check out. We would have enjoyed a more comfortable seating for our stay.

Upon entering, we were very impressed the style/decor of the unit. The bedroom was spacious. There were 2 vanities/sinks which was great for 2 girls!The host was EXCELLENT re communication The washer and dryer in the unit was a great bonusThere were a couple of issues, howeverThe couch was very uncomfortable, my bed was hard, the dishwasher smelled terrible, the kitchen tap was little more than a drizzle and the tub drained poorlyThese issues were simply inconveniences, but as a former owner, I would want to knowOVERALL, we came in to a bright and clean unit every dayI’ve even recommended it to my friendThanks for having us

This vacation rental was delightful. The space was exactly as pictured, light, bright and stylishly decorated - very beachy. It was exceptionally well equipped, from dishes to pots and pans, utensils, cups, and appliances to beach chairs, toys, and towels. The unit was immaculate, check-in and out was easy and streamlined. Justin, our host was helpful and responsive. Ocean Village offered many amenities - pool, golf, tennis, shuffleboard, Tiki Bar, restaurant, and direct beach access. A+ across the board!

Family Getaway

My husband and I decided to surprise our family with a trip from Houston TX to the island. My parents live on the Island and my Aunt and Uncle have a condo in Ocean Village. We have 2 year old boy /girl twins and a 4 year old daughter. We absolutely loved this place. The decor is adorable, new and fresh. The beds were very comfortable and we loved that they added the french doors to the bedroom so that we could close them when the kids were asleep. There are 2 tv's that had access to eveything we usually watch Disney plus, Prime, Pandora, all the channels were already logged in so we didn't have to struggle with that. The couch is a good size and there is plenty of seating for guests. We were so happy with the amount of towels (bath and beach) and linens available. We found it helpful with some of the other things they had available for use as well, extra beach bags, cleaning supplies, plenty of hangers, extra throw blankets.... beach toys, chairs...you can tell that they put a little extra effort into this place with the mini soaps, and shampoos, and the silk pillow cases, the electric candles, and their choice of textiles. It was very relaxing, clean, accommodating, and felt just like home. It's very easy to walk to the beach and pools form here, you can hear the ocean while sitting on the porch. The property owners were very easy to get a hold of and they were very detailed with instructions. We would love to rent this place again.
