I had a great stay at this hotel. The check-in process was smooth, friendly, and fast, making for a welcoming start to my visit. The staff was helpful throughout my stay and always pleasant to interact with. My room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The hotel's midtown location was excellent, centrally located and convenient to everything I wanted to see and do. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located hotel with great service.

An odd musky smell in the hotel, like a mold.
Room don't feel clean. Blood stains on the sheets (more than once!). Mirror light in the bathroom not functional so you're shaving without light. Toilet paper holder broken. Shower wand broken. Everything old and used, dilapidated.
Not to be repeated ever again.
