It was dirty, the door was unlocked to our room when we went to go in. The microwave smelt like spoiled milk. The drawer had no bottom in it.

This place was gross! The front door to the lobby doesn't work and it's always open, they charge you an additional $100 when you get there (Surprise "deposit"), the pool isn't open, there is no breakfast, there is no house keeping, i had no towels in the room, the door wouldn't open except every 4th try, the room had eye lashes on the bathroom floor, the bed covers and sheets had dark stains all over them and they don't care about there customers satisfaction. Be warned!!

The room was in horrible condition… light fixtures were falling apart, run/sheet was rusty and dirty, bathroom floor was in horrible condition. Even though the website stated breakfast, there was none. After being out for the day, the room smelled like urine. Just an overall horrible experience

There were bugs in our room, it was dirty, privacy lock was broke or loose not funtionable, way over priced for the accomadations, the stay, an not getting any continental breakfast either, was spose to be included, but had a sign up no breakfast, outdoor area were filthy, cigarette buts all over, elevator walls were filthy, it was late arrival an thought about going elsewhere but was tired from flight in, never reccomend this place, an feel over charged.

I did not like the fact that this was the first Super 8 that didn’t have breakfast available. The room was not good either. AC/ Heater didn’t work. Light over vanity came down while at work. No discount for the inconvenience. I will never go through Expedia again. Very disappointed!

We stayed at this location two times in past years and had an exceptional time. That's why we returned for a three-day visit, and it was almost awful this time. We would now rate the Super 8 as a Super 2! :-(

The room was dirty. There were cob webs in the ceiling and on the painting on the wall. The refrigerator was not working. The shower curtain had a hole in it. I stayed there one night because it was already 1:30 in the morning and I was going to be up at 6. Never again.

Had to pay a $100 deposit was not told. Thats what I paid for the room. Shower had soap from the last people and toilet was dirty. No breakfast sign hand written when I walked in.

The rooms are in very poor condition with holes in the wall and curtains; bathrooms are dirty, and location is not safe. The only good thing was that they agreed to refund us the 2 nights we didn't stay.

This hotel was the worst place I have ever stayed. Broken refrigerator when I ask them to get me another that one was not working either. Lamp between the beds are broken. Holes in the wall that was patched with cardboard. The elevator inspection had expired in August of 2022. Floors were dirty. Plaster on the walls and ceiling were coming off. This hotel should not be on your website. I will never stay at super 8 by Windham again. Worst 3 nights of my life.

Horrible. The room was in sever need of painting. The shower stall ceiling was coming off. The water faucet would only come out at half the size of the sticker. I tried 4 different outlets before I found 1 that would work. No throw away drink glasses. No bag to line the ice bucket. The door ways were rusting and badly chipped. No Kleenex. Less than 1/3 tool of toilet paper and no extra roll. No breakfast.

The room had mold in the shower and ripped furniture. There was police in the lobby to escort guest out. There was no breakfast. The lobby itself looked like a storage unit. The gentleman at the desk, however, was very nice. He refunded my fee after I stated I did not feel safe.

Place was dirty. Breakfast not available as promised, not even coffee available in room like most places. Place was run down and nothing like the ad showed on Hotels.com, outside was a mess. Room ceiling paint was chipping off and falling down, blanket full of burn holes. Parking lot used as a cut through between streets so car noise all night long. Security in area was suspect. Didn’t feel comfortable at all. Not worth the rate paid. Would not stay here regardless of price.
