  • Located just short drive from the sugar-sand beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel, once you arrive at Palm Palace you may never want to leave! With it's unique one-level layout, this home is ideal for a small or large group of up to 22 people! Great care has been taken to provide a resort-like feel with everything you could want for a relaxing and memory-making vacation experience! If you do choose to venture out, the house is within minutes of numerous high demand locations!

    The layout of this extremely spacious property is as follows:

    Main House:
    Master Bedroom (Has attached master bath with double vanity and custom tile shower with dual shower heads): King Bed - Sleeps 2, Smart TV in this bedroom
    Bunk Room: (4 Double Beds) - Sleeps up to 8. Smart TV in this Bedroom

    Guest Room: Queen Bed - Sleeps 2. Smart TV in this Bedroom

    A guest bath with a tub and shower is located in the hallway between the bunk room and guest room.

    Additional sleeping in main house: 2 queen sofa sleepers in living room - Sleeps up to 4, most comfortable for children

    The main house also has a full kitchen, living room (Smart TV in Living Room), dining room, game room with a ping pong table and shuffle board table, Arcade style game console with over 3000 games, and additional half bathroom/powder room.

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please turn the AC temp in both houses to 75. Seasonally from Nov 1 - March 31 please re-cover the pool!
Please bring any garbage bins into which you have placed garbage to the curb so it can be picked up on the next pickup date.
If traveling with dogs: Please make sure all dog waste is cleaned up from the yard. If additional cleaning is needed, our management company will invoice for this at a rate of $55/hour.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

VEHICLES / PARKING: Maximum parking of 6 vehicles. You must have written approval in advance to park more than 6 vehicles.
The house may not be used for parties / events. If you would like to have additional guests during your stay, you must get preapproval ahead of time.
