Starfish is located in the center of Cape Coral night life. Steps away from 5 star dining, 12 restaurants, karaoke, shopping, the Cape Coral Yacht club beach and a short ride to Sanibel and Captiva. Each unit is completely renovated and everything is brand new!

Each of the four units has a kitchen, living room, bedroom and bathroom. The sliding glass door opens up to a private screened lanai. The beautiful center courtyard has a propane firepit, a bbq, and several seating areas.

Location

If you are looking to be close to bars and restaurants this location is great. Otherwise, it is a very loud and busy area in the evening.

Great location

This property was convenient for walking to restaurants and grocery. Our dog loved the screened porch! The Monkey Bar restaurant had bands most nights. We enjoyed hearing the music and they stopped by 10:00. The property was very clean and nicely decorated!!

Great little 1 BR cottage near everything. The owners were very responsive and easy to communicate with. Would highly recommend this place to couples looking for a romantic getaway or a week stay!

Great visit to Cape Coral and Fort Myers

Owner was quick to respond to my pre-checkin questions. Place was just as described and loved the 'starter kit' with toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, etc. Wonderful stay to explore Cape Coral, Fort Myers, and Sanibel.

Great place and location

We stayed here while in town for a surprise birthday party. It was central to all locations we went. I have already suggested it to my parents for them to use when they have guests in town visiting. Will be back.

The property is a small gem in the community! I have stayed at Starfish twice in the last two months for work related reasons and coould not have enjoyed it more! If your looking for great place for great value, try one of these units. The neighborhood and local activity will make yor stay worth while!

Very comfortable. Clean. I liked the outdoor patio and we got a chance to play cornhole. Pretty sound proof. Bed is firm but not uncomfortable

Place was clean. Didnt really need our car. Everything was walking distance but i do suggest getting a foldable wagon. Loved the amount of details this place has to insure a great time. HUGE pluse to allow my dog. Would definitely stay there again.

Cozy and Quaint

Everything was great! We loved the communication between us and the property owner from start to finish. We were able to bring our pups which was a huge deal to us. It's great to be able to either hang out in your personal screened in Lani or in the community area by the fire pit. Extremely clean and well cared for as well. We will recommend to many.

Cute, cozy and affordable

Stayed for a work trip. Good location. Cute courtyard! Well equipped kitchen. It’s right in between two restaurants. The only con was that you can hear the music from the band inside the room. I enjoyed the music, but it was a little distracting trying to work at night. Not a big deal, I will come stay again!

Great for a short stay!

The location of this property was great. Cute comfortable shared courtyard. We had some relatives stop by to say hi so the courtyard was a great visiting area. They loved it! Kitchen was perfect for cooking meals. The bed was a bit hard for us but maybe not for someone else? Pretty clean on arrival but I did have to do a little additional cleaning. With the charge for cleaning fees we paid it did not make me happy. Dusty window sills, headboard and lamps. Also a few cobwebs in the ceiling and baseboard corners. I admit to having pretty high standards and despite that I would recommend this property and would stay again.

Weekend getaway

Loved this place! Scott and Paula are wonderful hosts. Reserving and checking in was so easy and they always responded very quickly for any questions. Location is perfect because it is in walking distance to great restaurants and entertainment. We will definitely plan another stay here!

Excellent Location

Excellent location. Lots of bars and restaurants that were a lot of fun. A wide variety of places to explore. The Yacht club beach was just a short and easy drive which was awesome since going to the bigger beaches involved a lot of traffic that made the drive long and parking was hard to find.

Sweet little apt for two and located close to everything you need!

Super cute and clean! Tastefully decorated. The owners were most gracious and made us feel like we’d stayed there for years. Would highly recommend this rental !
