Habour Tower #215 NEWLY RENOVATED WATERFRONT 2 BEDROOM CONDO WITH BEACH VIEWS

PLEASE NOTE: The unit has been completely restored following the damage incurred by Hurricane Ian. A mold clearance test was received for the unit. The beach (including new lounge chairs) has been fully restored for guest use. All the restaurants at the adjacent Marriott Hotel are available for guest use, however the pool, fitness center and tennis courts are available only for hotel guests. Construction is still occurring during the daytime hours.

The Harbour Tower is located on the Punta Rassa Peninsula near the entrance to the Sanibel causeway and adjacent to the Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort. Enjoy this 2 bedroom/2 bath and enjoy breathtaking sunsets from your private screened balcony.

The nearby Marriott Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa features six on-site restaurants and lounges within walking distance; the award-winning Courtside Steakhouse, The Tarpon House Restaurant, Charley's Cabana Bar, Palm Court Bakery, The Cove, and the Sanibel Harbour Princess (Dinner cruise aboard a 100 ft. luxury yacht). Can’t beat the view
Lovely place. Complex still recovering from the hurricane. Extended our stay! Place was in bit of need of a deeper clean after maybe without guests? Gorgeous views and a security service checking vehicles pulling into the parking lot. Would return!

I cannot remember being on a more relaxing vacation. If you are looking for a place to get away this is it. The moment I walked into the front door and saw the view i could feel the tension start to leave my body. This vacation certainly made it difficult to come back home.

We had a great time. It is a great place to stay. Beautiful view of the sunset. Super clean. Great access to Sanibel and Captiva Island. It was a much needed break from dealing with the pandemic. Relaxing and much needed sand and sun🏖🌞
