  • Our sunshine home is located in a beautiful neighborhood which is a safe street. It's within walking distance to Walgreens, Publix,Target, and various restaurants. Sunshine is beautifully decorated with a beach theme. The Master bedroom has a King size mattress with a private bathroom, and is separated from the other bedrooms. The second bedroom contains a Queen size mattress. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size mattress in the bottom and a twin mattress at the top. There is a new AC unit to keep you cool on hot days. There are also 3 bicycles that you can use on a designated bike path around the family friendly neighborhood.
