Perfect for vacations, family gatherings (ask about our sister property), and those working from home who need high-speed internet (1K-MBPS) to stream multiple devices.

FAVORITE FEATURES: blackout curtains, gorgeous private backyard, and super efficient laundry machines (brand new).

Features: 2 Queen beds + 1 Queen sofa bed, ceiling fans, private backyard, washer/dryer, all new appliances, coffee provided.
Sleeps 4-6 easily.

PARKING: 2 parking spaces are available in the front of the house and labeled with your unit #.

GARBAGE: for long stays, garbage/recycling pick-up is Wednesday morning. Bins are located just inside the fenced-in gates facing the street on either side of the house. They can be left on the street on Tuesday night.

SMOKING: allowed outside. Ash trays located on back patio.

CHECK-IN:
For check-in you'll be given a unique smart lock code to access your private unit, fully equipped with all necessities including laundry, kitchen, bathroom, and appropriate amenities.

You'll have a dedicated backyard, with privacy fence.

We could not have been happier with our choice of homes or with the owner Nic. He was extremely responsive to any questions asked and has a very well appointed home. I would definitely stay there again.
