  • Close to the beautiful beaches of Sanibel and Fort Myers Beach. Community is gated for your security. This is a 3rd floor one bedroom and one bathroom condo with a balcony. Full Kitchen with breakfast bar and dining area. Spacious living area with a balcony. The bedroom has a kind size bed and tv. Separate laundry room with full size washer and dryer. Community has large heated swimming pool with hot tub. Fitness room and a lots of ponds and walking path.
    Close to RSW airport and a short walk to the shopping center. tropically landscaped and well maintained grounds. Fantastic spot for a winter retreat.
