Classic Modern Villa Magical Sunset SW Cape Coral Best Location
Our vacation villa “Magical Sunset” is located on a Gulf Access canal and features three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. This dream home has room for up to six guests and offers all the luxury and privacy you could ask for. It is located centrally in a quite area of sunny Cape Coral.
The heated pool with its large pool deck guarantees vacation days and fun not only for the kids. Enjoy gorgeous water views while having breakfast or dinner outside on the covered patio, the generously lanai also has comfortable chaise lounges and a gas grill.
The cozy living room has a huge 65” flat screen tv with blue ray and DVD player. The tasteful kitchen is equipped with everything a guest may need. The dinning area has a farely large table that offers enough space to seat the whole family. The master bedroom features a king size bed with a comfy mattressand a 43 led TV, the en-suite master bathroom is comfortable and luxurious at the same time. The other two bedrooms are also lavishly furnished and decorated. Of course there is a high-speed network in the whole house and all rooms have AC and ceiling fans.
All furniture are brand new .
By car you can get to restaurants, shopping, a water park and serveral golf courses within minutes. The Cape Coral beach is about 15 min away, the dream beaches of Fort Myers and Sanibel/Captiva Island are also ralitively close by.
We are no vacation rental agency, our vacation home is privately owned and maintained.
