New beds (Queen in master, 2 Twins in 2nd Bedroom. 2 Car Garage & additional parking pad for your Boat Trailer on side of home. Additional Queen inflate-a-bed on premises for sleeping up to 2 additional people. Private, screened-in back porch, and covered front porch. Minutes from downtown Fort Myers, Civic Center, Manatee Park, WP Franklin Recreation Area (with Sandy beach on the River & Playground) & Shopping, Enjoy the view across the street of the canal that flows into the beautiful Caloosahatchee River. Hope on the provided bikes and breeze through the quiet neighborhoods to enjoy the pretty sunsets. Miss all the traffic - and enjoy all the sun and fun in our sweet, comfy home.
