Ralph was very responsive and accommodating. The house was wonderfulclean and comfortable. The pool was beautiful and heavenly to swim in. Due to the cold snap we used the hot tub more than the pool which warmed our bones nicely. Would definitely stay again.

I would definitely stay here again. The property is very accomodating, clean, and comfortable. It is in a great location, in a quiet neighborhood, and safe area. Property was all we expected enjoyed our stay very much and would stay again very clean and well kept even had a place in the garage to keep our car inside. Pool area was very nice and the pool was kept at 84 degrees and the hot tub though small was fine for 2 people

Very nice property. It was clean and nicely decorated. The house is spacious. The pool area is very nice with a covered Lanai. The pool is a good size, and the hot tub was a real bonus! It is located close to restaurants and shopping. We will definitely pick this property again!!

Great house!

Loved it. The house was large enough for us and our guests, and was well stocked with towels, linens, etc. Having an on-site/private pool was perfect, especially when our 2 young grandsons were visiting. The neighborhood was very quiet, and nice restaurants and shopping were close. It was a great experience, we had a wonderful time.

Cozy house with a great backyard pool setup

Property is as described. The pool is a great hangout area during the day with easy access to bathroom and two siding glass doors bring a great flow to the house. If you're looking for a house to hang with friends and family stay here.

Phenomenal!

There are so many good things to say about our stay!!! The house is easy to get to, is in a quiet neighborhood, and is within just a few minutes drive to restaurants, stores, gas stations, and entertainment venues. The house is beautifully decorated, has SO MUCH SPACE, and every amenity needed for your vacation needs. The host was so easy to work with and very responsive to any messages I sent him. I would highly recommend this home to anyone!

Excellent! House was as listed, easy check in instruction. Pool, hot tub (nice on a few cool evenings) covered patio and screened lanai were perfect. We had breakfast on the patio everyday - and a few dinners. Kitchen offered everything we needed for a few meals at the house - plates, utensils, coffee maker, toaster, etc. Quiet neighborhood - including nearby park with pickle ball courts. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Questions were promptly answered. Will stay here again!

Great Cape Coral Get-Away

My husband and I stayed for a month. Location was close to stores and finding awesome restaurants was easy. Home was clean and everything was nice. Pool was perfect. Not all VRBO homes with heated pools are really heated—this one was. I appreciated that. Hot tub was perfect temp as well. The hosts were very welcoming and we would definitely choose to stay here again. I can see why they are premier hosts. Thank you so much! We had a great time.

Wonderful stay!

We decided to get away for Christmas and this house was perfect for the most part. The house is beautiful, the area was convenient, and we had a great time. We only had 1 complaint and that was the pool. While technically it IS indoors, it is screened in which isn't really specified in the listing. With the temps being in the 70's and with inclement weather, we weren't able to utilize it the way we planned to. Other than that, we couldn't have asked for a more perfect vacation! We would definitely stay here again!

Clean & Comfortable

Property manager is very responsive to questions and messages from the very start. Check in was a breeze and we were very happy that everything was very clean. From the well-stocked kitchen with multiple appliances to both bathrooms with new soaps and shampoos. We felt that we had everything we needed and then some for our stay. The lanai and pool area are well-maintained and there were plenty of beach towels for our use. The well manicured yard seems to have the grass freshly cut, so it made walking our dog a breeze. The neighborhood was quieter than we expected which sure was a bonus. Nice area to walk the dog as well. Lots of food and shopping nearby and multiple DoorDash options when we did not feel like going anywhere! I would definitely consider staying at this property again and def recommend it for a simple “staycation” for a couple with a pet, and also for a longer rental for an entire family, as there is plenty of room and comfort in this home!
