The master bedroom has a king-sized bed and in room cable TV, while the guest bedroom boasts 2 double-sized beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the living room, along with a large flat screen cable TV. The 1/2 bath with vanity and toilet connects to the shower room for your guests' convenience. This charming vacation home has just been remodeled with tile throughout, new baths and an updated kitchen with granite countertops and stainless appliances. Of course, the kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances, dishes, cookware and utensils you will need. High speed internet provided. Laundry facilities are in the building. The building also provides a BBQ area for all guests, along with Tiki Huts and picnic tables.

There is a STRICT NO SMOKING, NO PETS policy which has been implemented for the health and comfort of all guests and the owner. Building elevators, Laundry facilities, and ample on-site parking for your convenience.

Five minute walk to the supermarket, 2 Restaurant, or Snook Bight Marina. Vacation here at one of the most beautiful beaches in Florida where you can spot dolphins swimming by and collect seashells and sand dollars all day. You can charter a boat and go fishing, rent wave runners or ride a parasail.
