    Southern Serenity is our family-owned Fort Myers Beach vacation home, thoughtfully designed, furnished, and maintained with one goal in mind: to provide the kind of experience we`d want for our own family.

    Whether you`re planning a multigenerational family vacation, traveling with friends, or simply looking forward to sunshine and relaxation, we want you to feel at home—and perhaps a little spoiled.

    ## ROOM TO RELAX, GATHER & RECONNECT

    Southern Serenity comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests, with space to enjoy time together and opportunities to retreat for a little peace and quiet.

    Additional sleeping equipment: Pack ’n Plays and air mattresses are provided for flexible family sleeping arrangements. These are separate from the home’s seven beds and do not increase the maximum occupancy of 12 guests.

    One of our home`s most distinctive features is its two full kitchens, offering exceptional convenience and flexibility for larger families and groups. Prepare breakfast before heading to the beach, enjoy family dinners together, or give different generations their own space and routines.

    We`ve put considerable thought into the furnishings, amenities, and everyday conveniences that make a vacation feel effortless. Our goal is for you to spend less time worrying about the details and more time
    The Town of Fort Myers Beach mandates that I obtain your signature on a Code of Conduct (a town ordinance). I`ll send it to you for eSignature after you book and before you check-in. We`ll also require a copy of the driver`s license from the person`s name who appears on the credit card used to secure this booking. A copy of the Welcome Book and/or the Code of Conduct are available upon request and printed copies will be at the house for you.

The hosts did a wonderful job welcoming us to this property. It is exactly as advertised with extra amenities including a great welcome basket of treats. The property is very convenient to the beach, restaurants & bars. The hosts are quick to reply to any questions we had. It was the perfect spot for our pre-wedding girls trip.

We had a great time staying at Brad and Shelley's place. They were perfect hosts and always responded promptly to any questions we had. We were there for Thanksgiving and the extra kitchen was very much appreciated! The kitchen was very well stocked for a rental property. Lots of beach and baby equipment provided as well. The pool was great as well as the location, which was within walking distance to the beach and many bars and restaurants. The sunsets were beautiful! We would love to stay at Southern Serenity again!

Great for large extended family

We stayed with 12 members of our family. The house was so clean and well taken care of. Very nice having 2 kitchens and such a short walk to the beach and Times Square. The pool was so nice to come back and relax around after a day at the beach! I would highly recommend this property!

Great family vacation spot

It was a beautiful house with all the amenities you could think of. We have stayed at several vrbo’s this was the first one that had 2 pack and plays for infants. Our whole group thought the place was amazing we will definitely be coming back. Even the neighbors were great .

If you want to be close to beach and have a pool (which is huge) this is your place! Plenty of space for our family of ten. Very comfortable beds, second kitchen in lower level a plus. Teenagers enjoyed the lower level playing PS5 on the large TV. Can’t wait to come back!

Labor Day Trip

This house is in a great location and had everything we needed to just relax near the beach for the weekend. The abundance of baby/kid supplies made it super easy to bring our one year old on his first vacation. The communication with the host was super easy and quick. If we find ourselves retaining to Fort Myers Beach, we'd definitely stay again!

Perfect Spring Break!

Stayed at this beautiful home with our children and grandchildren for spring break. They had everything we needed for the pool and beach. All the toys, chairs, umbrellas, beach carts, coolers, too much to mention. All you need for the baby of the family is there as well! Plenty of room for everyone. Any time we needed to reach out to Brad and Shelley with a question, they responded almost immediately. Close to Times Square, restaurants, bars, shopping. Great location. We hope to return to this amazing property in the future!

My family and I absolutely love this property and the owners! Upon arrival, you will walk into a clean, fresh house. Everything you need to enjoy your vacation is already there and ready to go. You can immediately tell that the owners care about the property and they want you to enjoy their house and your vacation. Not only that but if you do have any questions or concerns, they’re only a phone call away. Super simple. Love it! 10/10

We fully enjoyed this property!

We had such a wonderful stay Brad & Shelly’s home. Upon arrival we found the property to be pristine clean. It’s way bigger than I thought it would be. We had two families stay and there was plenty of room! The beds were all super comfy. There are essentially 3 floors & the basement area could be an apartment on its own-there’s a kitchenette, full bath all down there. There’s 2 sets of washers and dryers which helped keep our towels clean and dry. Lots of thoughtful additions if you have babies, like high chairs, pack and play, toilet seats and steps, baby spoons etc. It was HOT the week we stayed and the air conditioning kept up nicely. The pool area was so wonderful! The outdoor space was large with lots of chairs, a grill, garbage cans etc and was nice and private. Essentially everything felt new at the house and freshly renovated and modern. It was nicely decorated as well. There were tons of beach gear, chairs, sand toys, shell collecting bags, a wagon and cart to carry the supplies. Only 1 umbrella but you can rent additional gear at the beach. The walk to the beach was short. The beach itself wasn’t overly crowded and the water was shallow and nice and warm. We walked and walked far out and it didn’t get very deep. We looked at several properties in FMB and are certainly glad we chose this one!

The hosts were fantastic and easy to reach! The house is amazing—perfect for our family of 12! The pool was to die for and we spent just as much time there as we did the beach. There is so much within walking distance, and a quick drive to everything else. The neighborhood was adorable. Shelley & Brad have thought of everything—beach chairs, toys, carts and gear, two kitchens, two washers and dryers, a completely outfitted patio area with grill—it was spectacular. Not to mention the sweet treats they brought us that the family went bananas over! 12/10 recommend. We had the BEST time!
