The apartment features two well-appointed bedrooms and two bathrooms, ensuring comfort and privacy for all guests. The master bedroom boasts a luxurious king-size bed, offering a tranquil retreat after a day in the sun. The guest bedroom provides a comfortable king-size bed. The living room also offers a brand new queen sleeper sofa ideal for additional guests or family members. Master bathroom features a rainfall shower and both bathrooms have lighted mirrors, providing luxury. The heart of the apartment is the fully equipped kitchen with quartz countertops, complete with modern appliances including a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove, microwave, and coffee maker, making meal preparation a breeze. Enjoy your meals at the dining table, or step out onto the patio or balcony for an al fresco dining experience with stunning views. With amenities like air conditioning, heating, and wireless internet, Sand Caper 703 ensures a comfortable and connected stay. Guests are required to complete a rental agreement. Sand Caper condo association requires a two-week prior notice for the rental applications, meaning guests must book with at least two weeks of prior notice.



Interaction with Guests:

We are available as often as needed but provide guests the space they desire in order to afford them a relaxing and tranquil vacation.

A non-refundable cancellation fee of $100 will apply for reservations cancelled prior to the cancellation policy window. This fee covers our credit card processing fees on a refunded deposit payment.
