The balcony sliding doors don’t shut tightly, there is a gap. Cold air blows through which made the floor tile very cold, no area rugs. Then it was raining and windy another day and we had to put beach towels in the crack to stop the rain from blowing in. The whistling from the wind blowing through the crack was annoying that we left the unit for hours to escape the noise. Videos were made and sent to management company. Additionally there were no skillets, two stock pots, one was in terrible condition, plenty of lids but no pots. Cooking was a challenge. The unit is small. It was clean. A bonus is the location to state park and the private beach. There was bridge construction so expect some noise until that project is completed. The management team was timely in all communication, which was greatly appreciated. Before booking I would make sure the door is replaced or fixed and there are pots and skillets for cooking.
