Gateway Villas #897 - Modern Beachfront Condo with Amazing View

Gateway #897 is filled with modern touches throughout. As you walk in the door, you are welcomed into the kitchen finished with beautiful granite counter tops, stainless steel cabinets and matching appliances. The kitchen is well stocked with tableware, pots, pans and other cookware. There is also a wet bar with a wine cooler towards the living room. Another great feature of the kitchen is the hidden washer/dryer in the cabinets making laundry a breeze!

The master bedroom features a queen bed, large walk-in closet and lovely ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. The master also has a private entrance to the private balcony which spans the full length of the unit. The spare bedroom also has a queen bed, for a maximum occupancy of 4.

Gateway Villas is located 0.5 mile north of Times Square which has shops, restaurants, live music and the lovely pier. Gateway is also located just 0.5 mile south of Bowditch Park which has beautiful walking trails and views from the northern tip of Estero Island!

During high season we rent from Saturday - Saturday (from Christmas to Easter). This unit has a dynamic price plan, prices may vary from day to day.

This unit has a keyless entry so a code will be emailed to you a few days before arrival. However, this unit requires a gate pass that you will need to pick up from our office at 2085 Estero Blvd., Fort Myers Beach first before going to the unit.
