Our family vacation at the property was amazing! House was in perfect condition and as advertised! Pool and location to the ocean was perfect. We had the beach to ourselves! Nothing like watching NBA playoffs floating in the pool! Highly recommend this house for your next family vacation!

From the booking to arrival Jackie (property owner) was amazing. She answered questions promptly and provided good intel to assist in organizing our family vacation. This house is just as the pictures show, pool, hot tub, outdoor tv, gourmet kitchen, and supplies. Everything is here for your beach stay, chairs, wagon, umbrella, beach towels, etc. I cannot say enough about this property and how beautiful it is. Well worth the trip!!! We will be back.

Ft. Myers vacation

We wanted a relaxing vacation on the gulf side of FL. The location and house were fantastic, well equipped and the signage was great for remotes, lights, pool etc. The pool was just what we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay!

We couldn't have asked for a better accommodations! Our families (6 adults and 2 kids) traveled from Ohio and Florida to stay for a week and everything about our visit was great. The house had everything we needed and we really enjoyed the close access to the beach and pool with the large projector TV. We will definitely return!

Jackie was a great host! The home is beautiful and spacious, and had everything and more! Plenty of beach chairs for everyone, watching football games on the pool TV was terrific as well as the World Series! Fabulous trip to met up with our of state family. The residents was truly a very family atmosphere.

This house and the hosts are beyond fantastic. The house is perfectly set up with each bedroom having its own bathroom. Amenities galore, so clean and wonderful information and communication at the house!! Also beach access super easy and they have such an inventory made it so simple and easy to last minute enjoy the beach! It is also central to so many places getting around is easy! Nothing but praise and appreciation for the owners. Highly, highly recommend booking here!!

Wonderful house!

Went on a moms weekend away from kids and husbands and we all spoke the whole time about how perfect the house was! Pool was perfect! Open kitchen and layout. All bedrooms were big and comfortable with a bathroom no one felt like they were left with a bad spot!

Close to Ocean

Great property with everything you need for a great stay. It’s right across the street from the ocean. Lots of extras like beach chairs, rafts, playpens, bouncy seat etc. The owner is very responsive and friendly. The only down fall is most of the restaurants are down Estero and it sometimes takes an hour to go a mile due to traffic.

Great house.

The house was a great layout with terrific views of the gulf. Beach access is right across the street. We were cooking meals for a large group and the kitchen was well equipped. The pool and hot tub were lovely and we enjoyed watch the baseball playoff games on the large screen in the back yard. The owner Jackie was very easy to work with and communicative.

Awesome house and experience

Our family had a great time on Estero Island - the house is beautiful, everything was in excellent condition, and the amenities were great. We appreciated the variety of small appliances available in the kitchen. The pool and projector were a great experience - there are a variety of pool toys and games. The house is also stocked with plenty of beach towels, chairs, wagons, umbrellas and toys. The view is fantastic and the beach is just a few steps away. Communication with our hosts was excellent - we appreciated the welcome card they left and all the information they provided. We will definitely look to visit again in the future!

Lil piece of Paradice

The house was beautiful! Right on the trolley route to ride down to Ft Myers Beach! Loved sitting on the lanai watching the waves roll in, or take the 2 minute walk to hang out at the beach! The owners were awesome! There was minor issues from hurricane Helene and they were right on the spot getting things cleaned up so the house was totally ready for our stay the next day! The J's were awesome!

Great House!

We had family travel from Eastern Florida, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Nevada and California, to spend Christmas together. What a great house to accommodate 14 people. The house was clean and fully stocked. It had a 3 story elevator, but if you really want to get a good workout, take the stairs! The access to the beach was right across the street. Beautiful beach! The house is fully stocked with all beach things you would need for a fun day. My favorite part was the pool/hot tub and large projector screen t.v. Jackie was wonderful to work with and responded right away to any questions we had. Great place to book. Highly recommend it.
