603A Spectacular Gulf Views w Updated Accommodations

Our 603A unit at Estero Beach and Tennis Club is located right on 7 miles of white sandy beach, the recently completed (early 2025) beach re-nourishment project , added approx 200 ft of beach , easy access to this South Fort Myers Beach location. Estero Beach and Tennis offers 38 manicured tropical acres with heated pool and several tennis and recently added Pickelball courts.
Our 1 Bedroom/1 Bath unit boast gulf front views, full kitchen w dishwasher, new quartz counters , new furniture and decor. We provide Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella, cooler, beach bag and beach towels for use during your stay. For your convenience, there is free WiFi and cable, a building elevator, secured lobby, ample parking and laundry facilities in the complex. There is also internet access around the pool. Pool is open dawn to dusk.
Located directly across street is Santini Plaza w a range of restaurants from casual to fine dining, low cost trolley will take you to Fort Myers Beach downtown area with restaurants and shopping or south to the world renown Lover's Key Beach. Endless activity choices or simply relax and recharge. Please no pets, no smoking in unit or balcony and 2 Adult maximum. 7 day rentals must be Saturday - Saturday

Spring Break!

This was a great location and stay for our spring break. Regardless of the rebuilding from Hurricane Ian, the place was well kept and a great quiet place to relax for the week. We'd certainly return again.

The Condo was very comfortable. The view was amazing. The pool and beach right in the front was also amazing. The hosts had everything needed for a beach stay. Also had all cooking utensils . We would definitely come back !

Such a great condo!

A Hidden Gem

The condominium is clean, well-equipped, and thoughtfully furnished. The balcony offers amazing views of the ocean as well as the bay. The beach is just steps off the elevator and the pool was very nice! The grounds are well kept and the staff was very friendly.

Great vacation!

Even though there were some repairs being done exteriorly & the pool was not open yet we had a lovely time. The condo was well equipped & clean & a beautiful view from our balcony. The location was good & enjoyed the Henry Ford Edison museum nearby. We definitely would stay here again! The owner was very responsive to any of our inquiries.

Great place to stay

We stayed for a week and only had one problem. The fridge wasn’t working when we arrived but the owner quickly got that fixed. The area is still suffering a bit from Ian but the unit was perfect for my wife and I. It was clean and well equipped for our stay. Access to the beach was great and the pool was nice and we met so many nice couples. We will definitely be back.

Perfect for 2!

Such a great property! Spent our Honeymoom here and it was perfect for the 2 of us! Super clean, stocked nicely, up to date, great views! Lots of wildlife to watch; Dolphins, lots of birds, and the bunnieswerr adorable!! Already reccomended to a few people!

Fantastic Rental

The accommodations were fantastic. Exactly what we needed for a trip for two to the gulf coast. The beach was just steps from the condo complex. We saw dolphins, a manatee, lots of pelicans and were able to help a baby sea turtle get to the gulf. The pool was great for afternoon sunbathing. Checkin was easy and the accommodations were exactly as described. Can’t wait to get back to FMB.

Christmas getaway

Arrived no luggage dollys to help take luggage up to room. Talked to an owner they were not happy in same boat. Everyone friendly had a great time. Nice market across the street at the plaza. same boat..next day ddollys

Loved this unit

Our stay was fabulous! The unit was well stocked and very clean. The bed was comfortable and the morning view from the balcony was breathtaking. The pool was opened back up although we did not use it. Great spot for sunsets and shelling or just relaxing on the beach. We will be back! Thank you for the lovely stay on South FMB!

Great place

Hurricane first 3 days. The island doesn’t have much in the way of store options. Pool was closed most of the trip due to hurricane however staff worked so very hard to get the pool cleaned and opened. Thank you

Enjoyed the month

Property was as anticipated. Enjoyed the month on beach. Only disappointments were that we were not able to reserve for next year. And need screens on the sliding door and windows to have them open to enjoy fresh air.

Estero Beach and Tennis Club Condo Bldg A, Room 603

The property location was very close to everything. Fort Myers is still undergoing a lot of renovations from the previous hurricanes. Our beach was being renovated at the time of our stay which was a little disappointing but we did enjoy a wonderful view from the balcony. We experienced a few elevator outages but, being active individuals, we were able to walk the 6 flights of stairs to our room. If you are not able to walk several flights, please inquire on the status of the elevators prior to booking. Overall, we had a good experience and were able to enjoy the area due to proximity. Hosts were very responsive and easy to work with as well. Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to enjoy your condo.

Enjoyed our stay

Condo was very clean, had everything we needed. Great view from the balcony, loved sitting out there in the evening. We did see dolphins swimming while enjoying the balcony. Pool was great, spent time in it everyday. The description of the “beach” was misleading. It was covered in brush & deadwood. Only thing we didn’t like! Plenty of restaurants open, CVS & 7-11 within walking distance. Publix grocery store was just a short drive away. Received our welcome email with instructions well before our arrival date. We recommend this host and would stay here again!

Great Beach Condo

Great location! Side of balcony overlooks the beach and we were able to see sunrises and sunsets (in November) from there. Although, being right on the beach we chose to watch the sunsets with our toes in the water. Loved the extras available for the beach (umbrella, beach chairs, cooler, etc.) We were a little apprehensive about coming down just weeks after hurricanes Milton and Helene, but the owners were very good about updating us on condition of the property and surrounding area with pictures and commentary. The pool is on the ocean side of the property as well with afternoon sun, so that was a plus. Washer & dryer in commons area had option to pay via an app, so that was also convenient to not have to chase down coins. There is a lot of construction in the surrounding area, but that will continue for several years as the area continues to rebuild after Ian. Don't let that deter you. If you are looking for a couples place on the beach, this is a great option for you!

The owners are some of the best communicators I have had the pleasure to work with. They answer all questions quickly. They are very organized. You see that when you get to the condo. The check in and check out couldn’t be easier. They give a binder with great information and recommendations. The condo itself is super clean, very well decorated, and has pretty much everything you would need: from towels, beach towels, books, pretty much everything you would need to cook and then some, all the beach gear, coolers, toys, etc. and everything was all very organized. You can tell that everything was done intentionally and with a thoughtful purpose. The pool is wonderful. The grounds were clean. Beach access was so easy and close. Yes, Ft. Myers Beach is still recovering, and we definitely enjoyed how quiet it was, but there are also still many food options on the island or you can drive down to Bonita Springs. My family had a great vacation and we would stay here again in a heart beat.

Perfectly Adequate For Two

Arriving to the condo we found ample unassigned parking. There are carts/trolleys near two elevators which we loaded all our luggage and a week's worth of groceries all in one shot. The elevators were operational but did appear to still be under some renovation. My wife and I spent 7 wonderful nights in this condo. We found it to be perfect for the two of us. Check-in was very easy with the information the owners provided. The Inside was clean and well stocked. The bedroom area is separated by a corrugated canvas "wall" that pulls across half way. It doesn't close off the bedroom completely but does provide some privacy from the rest of the unit. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of bedding with more bedding in a chest near the foot of the bed. The bathroom was clean, well lit, good water pressure, and drawers for your toiletries. There is a full size tub with curtain. The kitchen has plenty of cabinet space, dinnerware, and includes a dishwasher. It also includes a toaster, Keurig, and a drawer full of utensils. The balcony is offset to the beach but there is still a beautiful view of the beach, pool, grounds, and surrounding area. We could hear and see the waves but there is vegetation growing on the beach that limits some of your view. Just an observation. The pool was great with lots of chairs and warm, clean water. There is construction on the grounds during the day but found it minimal. Some noise. Overall we really enjoyed our stay!

This was a perfect vacation for my husband & I. We love the Gulf, we’ve not been to FMB but this condo was incredible. All the accommodations within the condo was ideal for the beach w/ chairs, umbrella, noodles, etc. The condo was clean & a perfect location. We will be back!!

We had a fantastic stay. The condo was adorable and fully equipped for a stress free week at the beach. The owners were responsive and accommodating. If that’s not great enough, the beach is about 25 steps from the front door of the building. We had an amazing stay and highly recommend!
