The host is very responsive. The house is very clean and updated. A dozen beech chairs, 3 wagons, kids toys, 3 umbrellas, variuos sized coolers, lots of beech towels were great. Pool is awesome. Very nice game room

Great stay for the week. House has everything you need for adults and kids, right accross the street from the beach, short walk to downtown, great pool, rec room, TVs throughout. This house is amazing. Perfect for our group of 12 people. Plenty of space and this house has everything you will need. Perfect location for a beach vacation. House comes fully stocked with beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers to take with you.

Great Property!

I would highly recommend staying at this property. Everything is new and updated. The location is perfect, right across the street from the ocean and within walking distance of the heart of Fort Myers beach attractions and restaurants. David the property manager was super communicating with us.

Great Location & Family Gathering Place Close To Beach

We had a wonderful time at this property! Very clean, nice amenities, and close to the beach! The check in process was flawless and the property manager was super nice and accommodating! We had an issue with one of the air conditioning units after checkin and he immediately had an AC company dispatched and fixed immediately. Can’t say enough good things about our stay here! We’ll be back!

Great Time

It was wonderful to be back to Fort Myers Beach at such a great house. The heated pool and screened in porches were enjoyed by all. Especially thankful for the safety features by the pool and porch for the little ones. It was nice the 1 year old was already competent and confident on stairs.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The location was perfect a 2 minute walk to the beach and to restaurants and other amenities. The house had everything we needed. From wagons and chairs for the beach, kitchen items, game room, and pool. We really enjoyed the heated pool and hot tub. Every morning we sat on the balcony looking at the ocean. David was great at getting back to me with any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit.

Beautiful beach house

Our family of 12 people rented this beautiful beach house and had a fantastic week at the beach . The house was well maintained, modern amenities, central location with easy access from airport and great restaurants. Ft Myers Beach is rebuilding with the locals happy to have the guests back to the community. Beaches were clean and easy access. The host was very accommodating and helped with special needs that were required. We would recommend this house for a fun family vacation. We are looking forward to another trip back to the beach and staying at the Bayview beach house.

Amazing!

The house was perfect for my family! Location, location, location!!!! We were in walking distance to downtown and just across the road from the beach! We had a beautiful view of the beach from the patios!! The owner was very accommodating and responsive. The house had plenty of towels, beach towels, beach wagons, beach chairs and sand toys! Our kids loved the pool and the hot tub! We will hopefully be back!!

Couldn’t have ask for more!Walking distance to time Square! Just a few steps from the beach! With lots of beach chairs and coolers to take!😍. House was beautiful! And the pool and hot tub were amazing! Sound System in the home just made everything over the top. Can’t wait to go back! So much in the house for everyone to be occupied and have their own space, playing pool, or arcade games, or watching a movie on the 118” TV’s! Highly recommend this rental!

Amazing house

I can't say enough about this amazing house. It had all the amenities you could ever imagine. We had our family of 11 stay here and they all would like to come back next year. It’s a great location, easy walk to the beach and to Town Square with shops and restaurants. There were many beach chairs and wagons, pool area was very nice, kitchen was large, we all had our own rooms with extra rooms to spare. Xtra refrigerator in the garage, even though it’s 3 floors there was an elevator for luggage and groceries which was very helpful. I just can’t say enough about this house. And the owners were so helpful and accommodating, very easy to reach if we had any questions.

Family Time

It was amazing to have sleeping room for everyone and enough bathrooms as well. The pool added lots of great times to be together. The beach was close and the wagon made it easy to get everything to the beach. All in all we had a great time. The only complaint is that we have a special needs grandchild who has trouble walking and the 33 stairs was a problem. Can’t fault the host though as he had tried to get the elevator fixed but parts are not available.

A+ vacation home

I rented this home because I wanted to have a luxurious home for my family to have privacy when needed and plenty of space for family to gather for our Christmas vacation. The home was beautiful and spacious. Privacy in the backyard was great. The 1 1/2 block walk to the beach seemed much shorter. Towels, beach towels, beach chairs, wagons, coolers were plentiful. The top floor was exceptionally nice with the screened in Florida room with extra wide patio doors to open up from dining and kitchen area to look out at the beautiful view of the Gulf of Mexico beach. The kitchen offered everything we needed for some family sit down meals. We created a lot of family memories. Beautiful home.

Beach Vacation

This house exceeded our expectations, it was right across the street from the beach with a wonderful view. The view may be different once businesses are rebuilt, but it is still in a great location. The house has plenty of room for our group of 13 to spread out. Dave was a great host, he made sure that we had everything available to us (beach equipment, plenty of towels, kitchen items were stocked well, etc.). He was also very responsive when we ran into some minor issues with the AC and hot tub/spa. He had someone come take a look almost immediately and the issues were resolved very quickly. We are grateful for the hospitality and hope to be back in the future.
