Family wedding

We came from Oregon for a family wedding, this house was in the middle of everyone’s houses and in a nice, quiet location. Perfect for our stay!!!

Perfect Escape on the Greenway

We had a wonderful stay at the Charming Getaway on the Greenway. The property was just as described and provided a cozy and comfortable retreat. The peaceful surroundings made it a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Relaxing and Enjoyable

Very nice house, clean and comfortable, great location with easy access to Charlotte and surrounding towns. We enjoyed the backyard fire pit and exploring the path beyond the back gate. Recommend this house for families.

Thoughtful extras

We had a Christmas “after” Christmas at the house. It was very well kept, extremely clean! A lot of thoughtful extras in the house made this stay easy and special! Beds were very comfortable and the outside space was great.

South Carolina Comfort

We had a relaxing, worry free stay at the perfect house with the perfect yellow door! Everything was just as described and we felt right at home in the clean, well appointed property. We wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else next time we visit family.

Perfect Place

Loved staying here. The house was super clean and comfortable. We loved the beautiful well stocked kitchen. Each day it was nice to come home and turn on the fireplace and relax. Owners were very responsive whenever I had a question.

Family stay for weddinf

My family from Maine came down for my sister's wedding and we all absolutely loved our stay. The house was very nicely clean and put together; the check-in was easy; the location was great, and we absolutely loved the outdoor patio in the back with the grill and fire pit. We definitely want to come back again!

Christmas Get-together

Absolutely enjoyed our stay at this lovely home! It was clean, comfortable and beautifully decorated. The property is in a nice quiet neighborhood, just minutes from all the Fort Mill attractions. We would definitely stay here again. Perhaps next time, a spring or summer visit to take advantage of the spacious patio.

Family Getaway

We found this house to be very clean, remodeled nicely, and very thoughtfully laid out. Plenty of baby goods - we had no idea we didn’t need to bring a baby tub, monitor, etc because they had it there for us already which was extremely thoughtful. The beds were also very comfortable which is hard to find in a rental house! Really enjoyed our stay!

This property is beautiful! Everything was great, it was clean, well stocked with supplies, close to many of our activities, and communication with host was easy. We would stay here again without hesitation on a future stay in the Fort Mill area.

We have stayed at many vrbo properties and I would say this is in our top 3. Very nice amenities, clean ,and was close to everything we wanted to do. It felt homey. Was well stocked. Lauren was awesome to work with. We would definitely stay there again.

4-week Stay Was Too Short!!

Everything about this place more than met our expectations. Located in a quiet neighborhood a stones throw from parks, quaint downtown Ft. Mill or great shopping and dining options. Master suite downstairs with guest rooms upstairs made it easy for us to have overnight family guests. Communication with our hostess was quick and easy. If you need something and can’t find it, you just aren’t looking.

Amazing Stay

The Yellow Door house is absolutely the most comfortable stay I have ever had. It is clean, charming, well stocked and Lauren is easy to reach if you need anything. She thought of everything so you have to worry about nothing. I wish there were more than 5 stars to give. Fantastic experience.

Perfect for Family Wedding Weekend!

Lauren's house was a perfect home base for us as the parents of the groom in town to celebrate our son's wedding. Super close to FishMarket in Baxter Village (highly recommend) where we hosted the rehearsal dinner as well as the church and reception venue in Rock Hill. The house is amazing-everything we needed and very comfortable and beautifully appointed. Checking in and out was a breeze and communication with the host was easy and helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Amazing Stay!

We absolutely loved staying in this rental. The hosts were amazing and very responsive. The only issue we had was the host’s baby monitor was missing. They brought us a new one for the home even though it was 8pm. The house was clean and tidy and there were plenty of sheets and towels. The heated floors meant that they were never cold so my son could run around without socks. Will definitely be back!

Beautiful and cozy home

We would love to live in this house! Very clean, cozy and well appointed home in a great neighborhood - near a park/playground and very close to an upscale shopping plaza called Kingsley. The owners thought of everything including hotel touches like mini soaps and shampoos. The appliances are upscale, the shower and heated floor in the master next level. We will definitely be back!

So cute!

Highly recommend. Our daughter plays volleyball at Winthrop, location was great. Easy drive to the coliseum. Also, really close to Kingsley- great little area. Epic Steakhouse was very good. Taco Molino was great for lunch- nice vibe by the lake. The house is just as pictured. Beds are comfortable (huge + for my husband). Very clean.

Great Property

Wonderful space inside and out. My oldest Daughter, her husband and my granddaughter moved to Fort Mill recently for his new job and drove up from Fl with my Mom and nephew for her 2 year old birthday party. The property exceeded all expectations and I have it booked already for a return trip for Christmas. Thanks for being a great host and having such a wonderful well maintained home. My Mom (81) absolutely loved the heated floor in the 1st floor bedroom/bathroom. Bill

Thank You - Beautiful and Wonderful Space!

I am very grateful to Lauren and Patrick for hosting us in their beautiful home this past weekend, as my family and I were in town for a family wedding. The house was a dream come true and fit our needs (1st-floor bedroom, plenty of bathrooms, and spacious plus ample room to enjoy ourselves between festivities leisurely). Outstanding Property!

This should be the model for all vacation rentals. The hosts have gone way above and beyond in providing everything you could possibly need. The property and home is beautiful and the hosts are extremely helpful. The shower in the master bedroom and heated floor were awesome. My wife and I needed nothing but our cloths and food. I could not possibly overstate what a great property this was, and we will try to get this again in the future.
