"We got a room with a jacuzzi tub and it had nothing to stop the drain with so we had to use a washcloth. The breakfast was awful, no eggs, no meat. Nothing that my husband and I could eat, we ended up having to get something and pay extra for breakfast. The staff was nice and the room was nice besides the drain issue. "I've stayed here before and loved it. Rooms are beautiful and well kept. I had a fantastic view of water and Mac Bridge. Love getting up in morning and sitting on my private balcony and listening to the birds! Excellent access to foot and bike trails. I'm not into the noise and hustle bustle of town. Room was ready way before the 4:00 check in so I wasn't waiting around with my luggage. Will definitely be a returning guest!!"

"Conveniently located near shops and Shepler cruise ships. Shuttle bus is provided but everything is within walking distance (about 10 mins walk). Hotel cleanliness is top notch. Staff is very informative and helpful. We purchased our tickets for Mackinaw Island at the hotel to save time when boarding which it did. Overall excellent experience."
