"The location was amazing! Right next to the Historic District with everything in walkable distance. Lots of places to eat, and drink. Fun little shops to browse through. The amount of space in the home was perfect for our group. Loved both the front porch to relax and especially the back patio. Our group hung out around the firepit and stayed up late chatting in the peaceful environment. Quite mornings with lots of cardinals singing. The host left nothing out that could possibly be needed. Everything was as-advertised and the host was so easy and quick to communicate with."

The location was perfect, a short walk from downtown Sanford's resturants,shops and Lake Monroe. All ammenties listed in the discription are available as written, along with safe parking, and great communcation with the owners. The place was very clean and well stocked with the necessities.
