Very good for company housing during long term contracts at the oil sands and in Fort McMurray.

Guests will access every part of the house including the basement suite.
There is a 2 car heated garage space accessed via the back alley road
The Neighborhood:
This house is a few minutes walk to Tim Hortons, Grocery shop and Movie theater. Municipal and Oil Sand bound buses have their bus stops right in front of the house.
