Super semaine dans un appart trÚs bien placé !

TrÚs bon séjour avec un belle semaine ensoleillée dans un appartement spacieux , lumineux avec super vue sur la mer . Contrairement a un avis précédent , on peut manger à 4 sur le balcon . la partie mobilier est un peu vieillot c'est vrai mais trÚs fonctionnel en revanche . Une explication écrite pour la mise en route de la télévision serait la bienvenue . Nous recommandons cet appartement d'ailleurs nous gardons l'annonce pour d'autres séjours à venir ..

Lieu vraiment agrĂ©able.l appartement manque d Ă©quipements Les ustensiles de cuisine sont inadaptĂ©s (pour la cuisson les cocottes ne correspondent au mode dechauffe d oĂč pas de faitout pour cuire des pĂątes pour 4)pas de lampes de chevets).pas de possibilitĂ© de prendre les repas dehors :1seule chaise pas de fauteuil pour se relaxer Un seul fauteuil dans le salon. Il faut que le gestionnaire fasse les vĂ©rifications nĂ©cessaires entre chaque locataire. Pour un sĂ©jour parfait il faudrait que le linge soit fourni.

Bon séjour, balcon avec vue sur mer plus qu agréable. Coucher de soleil face à nous magnifique. L appartement est trÚs bien équipé en vaisselle et en matériel de cuisine.

Bon accueil de l'agence, excellente situation face mer, dĂ©co et agencements pouvant facilement ĂȘtre amĂ©liorĂ©es (lampes de chevet dans les chambres, porte-manteaux...) TrĂšs bon sĂ©jour nĂ©anmoins.

Situation excellente, ville agréable

L'appartement Ă©tait trĂšs bien : bien Ă©quipĂ©, fonctionnel, idĂ©alement situĂ©. Le seul bĂ©mol est la place de garage au sous sol. La rampe d'accĂšs est trĂšs raide et glissante si bien que si vous n'avez pas un 4X4 la remontĂ©e peut ĂȘtre compliquĂ©e. J'ai une voiture rĂ©cente (Toyota Avencis) et des pneus goodyear en bon Ă©tat mais la remontĂ©e a Ă©tĂ© difficile les pneus patinant. J'ai du prendre de l'Ă©lan pour arriver en haut et comme il faut nĂ©gocier en bas un virage Ă  angle droit pour se mettre dans l'axe du tobogan j'ai un peu frottĂ© le mur. Je ne suis plus redescendu dans ce trou et dĂ©couvert que l'on pouvait prendre un abonnement Ă  20€ permettant de se garer pendant une semaine partout dans la commune et les places ne manquent pas. Pourquoi ne pas avoir signalĂ© cette possibilitĂ© Ă  l'arrivĂ©e et les difficultĂ©s liĂ©es Ă  ce garage? La personne de l'agence a reconnu Ă  notre dĂ©part que beaucoup de locataires se plaignaient de ce fait et faisaient comme nous. Donc AVERTISSEZ LES CLIENTS ET NE LES LAISSEZ PAS DESCENDRE DANS CE PIEGE SANS MEFIANCE.

A rafraichir...

Bon emplacement mais appartement Ă  beaucoup rafraichir. La caution a Ă©tĂ© tirĂ©e par l'agence et il a fallu que nous les relancions 3 fois, et ce 3 mois aprĂšs pour ĂȘtre remboursĂ©e. C'est souvent le cas sur des rĂ©servations sur Fort Mahon avec les agences en place.
