"I loved this cottage, very charming. The only thing I had a problem with was the uneven walkway for my disabled husband. BUT…that was my fault for not checking if it was handicap accessible. There was a very comfortable bedroom and full bath on the first floor, and with a little help he managed just fine.The host was very responsive when we had a minor problem and all was well quickly.We loved being right in Castine, quiet but close to everything. "

I kept telling my boyfriend how this place had a "woman's touch" in the small things like decor, feminine products, etc. We absolutely loved staying here and felt absolutely right at home. "Kels house was beautiful. There is no oven/stove and the two burner takes awhile to boil water for your am coffee so start it before your shower :) The toilet was broken so we were the first to use a newly built outhouse! It is a quiet location and one can see the moon from the upstairs."
