"Very convenient location in the heart of Valletta. Despite this our room was very quiet. The rooftop pool and view across to the Three Cities certainly has the wow factor. Room was clean and spacious with a very comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast included. Hope to return. "

"It is a great place in great location however the hotel is tired especially for a very expensive terrace room. It is stuck in a time warp and worn out - bed, chairs carpets. The staff in the bars were very slow and poor, particularly at the poolside bar. The addition of a shuttle bus up the hill is great unless 8 Americans want to pile in as well and were abbusive to us and the driver. For 400 euros a night I also expected breakfast!!"

"Beautiful hotel, clean, everything you need. The staff were lovely and friendly, nothing was a problem. Ideal location, so close to the ferry port to Valletta but there was no noise that could be heard while in the hotel. All round perfect hotel"

"Lovely quirky hotel with lots of art a fantastic roof top bar/ lounge area with a view of the port. The staff are super friendly and Tony the owner goes out of his way with help suggestion on trips and restaurants. "

"It was so nice to be on the water and enjoy the beautiful views. It had both an outdoor covered area (we had some rain) and open area and indoor seating area. Walking distance to a market, bakery and restaurants close by. Ivan was a great host. It was perfect for us. He accommodated our early arrival. If u are a boater, then u know u have to walk a narrow entrance ramp that might not be for everyone. The aroma of freshly baked croissants in The morning along with some fruits/meats/cheese was perfect. Great views and peaceful. My only negative was our boat taxi (Rudy) was a no show, but a kind soul saved the day and took us over to make the fast ferry on time! Thank you Ivan for a nice stay. "
