The property needs love

Repairs to the property have not been done with care. There is a general feeling of lack of comfort and care that is put into the house. It did not feel cozy, and actually felt a bit unwelcoming. It's in need of interior painting and detail work. There is a small backyard with lounge chairs, but the back door has a huge red "emergency exit only" sign on it, so it seems as though you can't use the outside area. Not the house for you if you're looking for a cozy, warm, welcoming place.
