- Waterfront paradise! Enjoy a peaceful stay at this 3-bedroom house in Fort Lauderdale. The space features two queen beds and one twin bed, perfect for families or groups. Guests can relax in the welcoming living room, which includes a comfortable sofa bed. With two bathrooms equipped with showers and hair dryers, getting ready is a breeze.
This home sits in a quiet cul du sac on a spacious 9,896 sqft lot. Enjoy the daily yacht show & unobstructed views while dining on waterfront deck. Dock up to a 35 FT boat on your own private dock on a 90 FT wide canal. Inside enjoy beautifully finished high vaulted ceiling. Fenced backyard surrounded by fruit trees: coconuts, avocado, papaya, lime and more. 15 Min. to airport and major highways, beaches, shopping and dining.
