Palm trees and other Florida foliage line the pool area, creating a private space for your enjoyment. In addition to refreshing swims, this space is also ideal for having your morning coffee or poolside snacks from shaded seating.

The backyard has a newly surfaced patio with new furniture, pool, and grill.

Inside, the living area offers ample seating and a smart tv for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. The open concept flows right into the kitchen, fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, coffee maker, toaster, and cookware. Conveniently prepare meals at home to share at the dining table with seating for 4.

This home sleeps 6 guests between 3 private bedrooms.

Bedroom #1 is the primary suite with a queen size bed, smart tv, and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower.

Boat Dock: There is dock space for a boat to be tied up behind the boat lift up to 25ft. Guests are asked to bring their own lines and fenders to dock their boat. The boat lift is for owner use only, please do not board the owner's boat or use the lift controls.

Greater Fort Lauderdale has 300 miles of inner waterways, leading to the nickname of ‘Venice of America’ and fun activities like gondola rides and water taxis. Along Las Olas Boulevard, explore shopping, dining, and the historic districts, or take a walk down Fort Lauderdale's landscaped beachfront promenade, with its signature white wave wall and paved brick path. Day trips are a great idea with nearby destinations like Everglades National Park (80 minutes) and Miami (60 minutes).

Early check-in and late checkout are based on availability and require approval, and may be subject to an additional fee of up to $60.00 depending on the number of additional hours requested.
