This single story 5 bedroom home is the most notable home in the historical Colee Hammock area of Ft. Lauderdale. The 2 Common areas provide plenty of space for any group. There is adequate sleeping spaceā€¦ 3 Queen beds, 4 twin beds, 1 full bed, 1 pull out sofa, and 1 futon ensures that everyone in your group sleeps comfortably. Barbeque on the deck and eat under the covered porch. Walk out your bedroom door to the sun deck and Private Heated pool. The home is just steps from the world famous Las Olas Blvd, home to all the local shops, restaurants, and hot spots. You will be located right in the center of it all. The home has a beautiful backyard with pool and very large deck area which are the focal point of the house. We also have a six seater street legal golf cart rental option with sound system. The coolest way to cruise up and down Las Olas blvd and A1A beach Blvd. if your decide to reserve one with your reservation it will be charged, delivered and ready for you upon arrival.

Great location and back yard

The owner was awesome and the back yard pool was so much fun. Very good location close to restaurant bar and a golf cart away from the beach.

Fun Trip, Great Spot!

Stayed here with some buddies for a bachelor party. Close to Los Olas and plenty of food options. The host was great with communication and was flexible when we arrived a few hours earlier than anticipated.

This property was perfect for the group of 11 we had for a bachelor party. Everyone was able to have a bed and there was plenty of space in the common areas. The pool/backyard and location are the best features, we were within walking distance or a quick Uber ride to Las Olas and the beach.

The backyard is incredible

10 of us stayed here for a friends celebration and had a great time. The backyard is beautiful and the pool was amazing! The owners were super responsive and met all of our needs. Just a note the kitchen is pretty small - we only cooked breakfast so it was totally fine. Would recommend.

Bachelor party

There were 8 of us that stayed at the property for a bachelor party and we had a great time. The back yard was a perfect little oasis for hanging out by the pool. It was in a prime location to get downtown, but also a short drive to the golf courses and the harbor. The property managers were very accommodating and friendly. Would recommend the place for anyone looking to get away.

Mom's 93rd Birthday Weekend

Perfect rental for my family who came down for my Mom's birthday. Our host was very accommodating & check in was a breeze. We were met at the house & given the tour. The rooms were perfect for adults & kids. Once they got the wifi codes they were into their games!!! The patio was a great gathering place in the evening & the pool was definitely a hit!! We will definitely rent again!!!

Bachelorette Bungalow

This house was perfect for our bachelorette party and the back deck / pool area exceeded our expectations! The +'s: Plenty of beds / showers to accommodate 10 ladies, bars / restaurants in walking distance, and any uber ride to the surrounding areas were under $10. I would suggest the owner upload new photos as the property is nicer than presented here and some of the room photos were inaccurate. However, we would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here with a group of guys and had a great time. Plenty of room in the house for everyone. Large backyard/pool area was great to hang out at. Good location - just steps away from Las Olas Blvd and also walkable to beach. Property manager was very welcoming at check-in and made himself available for any issues (which we had none).

Great spot

Had a pretty large group of guys staying in Ft. Lauderdale for an extended weekend. This spot was exactly what we needed. The back yard / pool area is fantastic. House was spacious enough for everyone to fit comfortably, and the location is fantastic.

Great Location, Great Venue, Great Host

The house is a great spot for a group of friends. There is plenty of space with a great backyard for hanging out. The host was very friendly with easy communication and does his best to be on your side and make your trip as enjoyable as possible. It is in a great location thatā€™s walking distance from plenty of restaurants and bars. Some of the outdoor amenities are a bit worn out (which is to be expected from a house that hosts larger parties) but it is definitely usable. I highly recommend considering this house for your stay and the host should keep up the good work!

Amazing house, amazing location!

Two things make this house stand out from the rest: the BACKYARD and the LOCATION! I came to Fort Lauderdale on a girls trip and we spent an entire day just sitting by the pool relaxing because thatā€™s how amazing it is. You are also two blocks from the entire strip of Las Olas Blvd- I think we took Ubers one time during the whole trip. The house is extremely comfortable, clean, and we had great interactions with the property Manager Leo, who greeted my friends at check in.
