We got the deluxe apartment. The place is nice, spacious, with a full kitchen and lots of wardrobes. It has a weird jacuzzi / shower space, not recommended if you have mobility problems. Parking on site is tricky, after hours if your designated space was taken is difficult to get directions on what to do. The biggest downside for us were the curtains. They had an electric system that was broken, in addition to the fact the curtains themselves did not prevent the light to go through. Anyhow, we have a nice 4 day stay at this place. The person at the office (Will) is lovely.

We paid for a bigger family room for 6 nights, but were given a small basic apartment. Moreover, the manager told us that all rooms are the same. Our friends checked in the following day and they also paid for a family room, which was twice the size of our room. I tried to address it with the management and expedia, but I was ignored.

Upon entering the room I informed William the manager that the tv was not working in my room. He said he would have maintenance come to fix it. Waiting no one came. I had to leave to go to a concert. Upon my return to the room tv still wasn’t fixed and office was closed which made it a unpleasant stay.

Mr. Will who check me in was very nice, but the first problem was I didn't get the room that I booked I got a smaller room. Second problem was we received 2 bath towels 3 washcloth 1 hand towel and when I asked the housekeeper, she didn't understand English but she said no laundry for 3 days for 2 people I never stayed at a hotel that didn't supply enough towels. Third problem first my husband found a dead roach and then a day later I saw a live roach.

The room was decent, not exactly what was advertised at all. I was annoyed with staff putting the onus on me to guard the parking lot from people parking illegally by placing cones when I left and also knocking on my door 15 minutes before check out reminding me of check out. I have never seen that in any hotel or bnb I’ve stayed at. Room was clean, etc

The property and room was very clean and well kept. The personnel is very polite and helpful. The only thing I would've changed was having the towels changed on a daily basis. Other than that, everything was spectacular ! I would definitely stay there again and would recommend it.

we booked a two night stay to escape the hurricane that was occurring in Florida. After we arrived, I went to the manager and asked to extend by one day since we had no power at our home on the West Coast. He happily took my card and gave me an extra night. The next morning, the cleaning people were at the door to tell me it was time to check out. They put me on the phone with the manager, who told me I did not extend my stay. Apparently he had mixed me up with somebody else in another room and my room had been rented. this gave me a cause for pause at that point, but since we did like the property, I went to the office to make a reservation for two rooms for a stay in the end of December. Instead of giving me back a credit for the night, he charged me for, but weren’t staying for)He applied it toward that deposit. when I got emails after I got home, the reservations were incorrect. I attempted to use the supplied phone number and the supplied email and after multiple voicemail messages were left and multiple emails. I have not had any contact back in one week from anyone. I have now done a chargeback on my credit cardand have sent another email to cancel the reservations since they are incorrect. My advice is don’t book here because if you have any issues, it is almost impossible to get anyone on the phone or to respond to an email. It’s a shame because we did like the property and we like the location but it is virtually impossible to contact ANYONE
