It’s hard to know where to begin. We chose this house specifically for the heated pool and hot tub that was advertised. Prior to our stay I even re-confirmed with the host that the pool was heated and I was told yes. Well that couldn’t be further from the truth. The pool AND hot tub were cold. We messaged the host and the property manager numerous times so they sent a maintenance guy to “turn on the heater “. The heater should’ve been on before we arrived. The so called heater took over 3 days of our 4 day stay to heat the pool and hot tub. In addition the TV room hit you with a horrendous stench of mildew so much so that my husband who has asthma had to leave. The kitchen counters, stove and sinks were infested with tiny ants. The kitchen and bathrooms were not even properly stocked with basic items like towels, soaps, shampoo or garbage bags. Maybe there was enough for a 1 day stay with 2 people NOT a 4 day stay for a family of 7! When we contacted the property manager we were told they don’t provide pool towels. How do you not provide pool towels in a house with a pool???? Ultimately the property manager delivered additional towels and shampoo BUT the pool/hot tub issue was NEVER resolved. We have been using VRBO for many years and this was by far the WORST experience we’ve ever had!!!!
