Horrible experience! We arrive at the property, with an infant, and we cannot get it. The entry lock instructions don't match the actual lock. BUT, it didn't matter because they DOUBLE BOOKED the property and gave the reservation away to someone else. It cost us hundreds more to find a place in Ft Lauderdale during the tail end of spring break.

At time of check in the door code wouldn’t work. I called the ph# for service, VRBO helpline reached out to prop owner & told me the owner said the property was not available. I am waiting for a refund.
