During periods of heavy rain, the pool can become temporarily cloudy, perhaps this might have happened. We will be sure to escalate your concerns to our maintenance department so they are aware. We understand our guests love the convenience of having a bar and restaurant on site, for this reason we are working as quickly as we can to bring this feature back. We do take a 200 deposit which covers any incidentals and any items taken from the mini bar in all rooms. We also do offer housekeeping service but it is complimentary.
