We had a fantastic stay at this guest house in Ft. Lauderdale! From the moment we arrived, Marcela was an outstanding host—attentive, welcoming, and always available if we needed anything. The house itself was in pristine condition—immaculately clean, beautifully maintained, and fully equipped for a comfortable stay. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short and pleasant 15-minute walk to the beach, with great restaurants and shops nearby. We truly couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend and would gladly return!

Great Place to Stay

The property was very clean with many modern amenities. It is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood, there is even a security gate with a cop car always parked out front. The walk to the beach is very manageable and a cart to carry beach supplies is provided. Marcela was very communicative and accommodating for the entirety of the stay, she was dedicated to ensuring all guests were comfortable and enjoyed their time here.

My mother, sister, and I were pleased with such a beautifully decorated apartment in a centrally located area of Ft. Lauderdale. This place was very nice, in a quiet area, private, and close to everything. The beds were very comfortable. Great location!

The apartment is the downstairs of a nice house in a close neighborhood. Great location for a walk with our two little dogs. The kitchen is well stocked, the apartment is spacious, and has a nice patio. Affordable and good. Highly recommended.

Summer Vacay

Marcella was very responsive. The rental was perfect for our family of four and puppy. It was very clean and cozy. The neighborhood was beautiful, safe, walkable and the beach was also walking distance. The whole family went for a run either in the neighborhood or on the beach. Everything you need is walking distance away. Perfect location for a nice, safe, and enjoyable getaway. Will definitely rent again.

Gorgeous house to stay

We enjoyed our stay. Very clean and well maintained property! Excellent kitchen with all you need (dishes, appliances ect.). Big living room. Private backyard with equipped BBQ. Owners are great and very responsive. Easy private parking. Excellent access to the ocean. Always can find parking. I would definitely recommend this place and owners. We will definitely come back.

Having grownup in a nearby neighborhood & familiar with the area Marcela’s property was exactly what I wanted. She is friendly, greeting us upon our arrival. Communication was easy. Perfect location to walk to the beach

It was all very good. I just have two comments. The photo does not reflect the VRBO at all so it is confusing. Very well equipped in the kitchen except for can opener. We didn’t want to throw it out but it is unusable. House well equipped with cleaning products.

Family spring break.

My wife and I brought our 18 yo daughter and her two friends to Fort Lauderdale for spring break. This guest apartment met our needs perfectly. It has a great kitchen for meal prep, plenty of space for all of us, and is located in a very nice neighborhood. We met the host as soon as we arrived, and she was so pleasant. Fortunately, we didn’t have to bother her much because everything was perfect. We walked to the beach every day (about 10 minutes), and had very easy access to shopping, groceries, and amazing restaurants. I couldn’t be happier with our stay.

Space was good and pretty well setup. But the listing said hot tub....there is no hot tub. You won't get cell phone signal because this is in a the basement of a house. Fine, but probably would not stay again.

Fantastic Experience

This is our first ever short-term rental. We were so blessed to find this place to stay while we had our house tented for termites. The location is great, the neighborhood is quiet & safe, ample parking for two cars, private entrance and the apartment is very clean, spacious, light & bright and had everything we needed. Our dogs barked a few times but Marcella our host said she never heard them, nor did she hear my husband watching his action movies on the huge TV. Marcella is such a great host and responded quickly to my texts. The neighborhood is also very dog friendly as there’s not a lot of traffic. We were very comfortable here and hope to stay again. Thanks Marcella for making our stay so enjoyable!

Best stay ever

The property was better than advertised! Marcela was the best host my family has ever had. She added a personal touch to the whole experience. Soap, shampoo and conditioner, a selection of fresh fruit on the table. When she got home she came down and introduced herself. She is a super nice person. This is the first stay I have ever had that I didn’t feel like I was just a customer. We felt like we were part of her life for a few days! The neighborhood is super nice and safe. We brought our dogs. Willow and Rowdy and we walked them around the neighborhood daily. It was a great stay! If your in ft Lauderdale I strongly recommend this property.
