Much needed TLC
The place was amazing! It was very clean and a short, easy 5 minute walk to a wonderful semi private beach.. We also walked to the pier several times and that was nice. Did some snorkeling off the beach area which was really fun. The people were very friendly. The place was well equipped and Thein responded very quickly with any questions and immediately swapped out a couple things that had problems. If you like Sushi, then Take Sushi is the place to go. The pool was really nice, the area quiet and we felt right at home. The only thing that we found odd was the light switch in the bedroom that turned the light on, also turned the TV on? Not a big deal, we would highly recommend this place and love to come back again..

We were in the house next to the pool but still able to use the pool which may have been better. The house looked very much as advertised. We had all the amenities that we needed. My wife suggested maybe adding cooking spray and a log book for the guests to fill in restraunts that we went to. Quiet location, short walk to the beach. Loved the beach chairs with built in cooler.

Cutest little rental in Pompano!
Good curb appeal, walking distance to most everything, and great space for a small group. Property contact very friendly and helpful. Pompano has a free on-demand shuttle if you didn’t want to walk but most of the dining, beach, and gift shops were within a 15 minute walk. Would stay again!

Great place to relax
I enjoyed this stay, it was just off the main Pompano beach strip. Easy to walk or drive to anywhere. Quiet area even though we were so close to the action. Nice pool area and outside sitting area.

Pelican place-Great unit
The property owner, Christine, was an absolute pleasure to deal with. Very accomodating. The unit was very clean and fully stocked with linens, kitchen items, cleaning supplies and more. There is a gas bbq and washer/dryer in a common area. Access to the beach was easy. A 5 minute walk and you are there. An added extra, for us, was having two beach chairs available. I highly recommend staying here.
