Private waterfront and poolside patio, central air, WiFi and cable with two smart TVs. Full kitchen, BBQ, shared pool and dock. Laundry facilities on property. Close to restaurants, music, nightlife, and stores or just stay and relax with a phenomenal view. Watch multi-million dollar yachts go by, jet skiers, sightseeing boats, kayakers, water skiers, manatees, dolphins, pelicans and more!
NON-SMOKING/NON-VAPING. There is also a free golf cart pick up and drop off service called Circuit Pompano within the tourist area. Tipping the driver is recommended.

Way too short, extra sweet
This hot spot had all we needed. It’s set back enough that we could relax peacefully and watch the boats go by but close enough we could get in on whatever action we wanted to be apart of. Looks as listed and clean. Host was wonderful- responded quickly when needed, made sure we had a great time, and even helped us brain storm on how to become permanent residents! ;) We can’t wait to come back!

Excellent property. Poor communication at times. We were given four towels with strict instructions for the week. That was not enough enough for a week beach vacation. Also there was no cable access. You had to bring your own passwords for access to the smart tvs.

I had never been to Pompano Beach. Nor was so nice and happy to help me with finding places in the area. I picked this condo because of the high ratings and comments. Now I know why it was ranked so high. The condo was so very nice. Pictures don’t do it justice. I loved sitting on the deck and patio watching the boats go by. I liked that it was a very short walk to the beach and restaurants. The condo was stocked with many things that a lot of places don’t provide. I was so happy I picked Nor’s condo. I will definitely be back.

From the accuracy of the listing, style, cleanliness and quality of amenities, this place is TOPS. Dedicated parking spot, pool literally 8 steps from the door, beach a scant 7 or so minute walk...and the host, Nor, is fantastic... a font of local knowledge, responsive, and amiable...everything feels right here...

This is one of the nicest places we have stayed at. The scenery was amazing. The condo was clean and bright. The host Nor, was very helpful and full of information about where to go and what to do in the area. The beach and many restaurants are within walking distance. Lovely place to stay. We will definitely be back.

Great holiday weekend!
Lovely home, just as described! Great time watching the boats. Due to the holiday weekend, rhe intercoastal waters were BUSY! Close enough to Miami that we enjoyed the Everglades and Zoo Miami as well!
