Great stay at the beach! Beautiful pool/spa. All modern conveniences of home. They’ve thought of everything.. so many amenities and simple things stocked and ready. Our family had a wonderful time and already wants to go back! Plus, the property manager is a true gem!

Great Location

Steps to the beach. There were 10 of us and the house was perfect. Plenty of space. Having a pool and hot tub was key. Property manager was attentive and helpful.

Pool, hot tub, and beach - just perfect

We had 6 adults and 4 kids and there was plenty of room for all of us. 5 bathrooms and showers is plus! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub everyday and the short walk to the beach was great. The property has beach chairs and an umbrella with a cart, so it couldn’t have been easier to enjoy the beach.The property manager, Ronnie, is responsive and always helpful. We stayed 5 days and wish we could have stayed more!

Family & Close Friends Visiting Our Son in College

Beautiful, nicely equipped, and spacious house for our large group which included a baby, a toddler, teens, young adults, middle aged, and seniors. The house is steps to the beach — we used the beach cart, chairs, umbrellas, cooler, beach towels, and beach toys — so convenient and sooo much fun. The pool, hot tub, grill and outdoor seating were fantastic. The host was super friendly, very helpful and made sure our stay was wonderful.

Great location

Fantastic location, easy walk to the beach. Check in was easy and property manager was so friendly and helpful finding restaurants or activities, and kept pool super clean. Garage has chairs and toys for the beach, as well as a basket of towels for the pool/beach. Beds decent. House is showing some wear and tear I have seen in many rental homes close to the beach, so I wasn’t surprised. (I use ratings similar to that of hotels). I would stay again, location was just was great!

Yearly Family Trip

It was awesome. Plenty of room just a couple minor things but not sure how to share this without thinking its a knock. But it might never get fixed. Very minor. Batteries in some of the remotes and the upstairs sink had trouble going down. Along with the lock box hard to open.Other than that very comfortable and convenient to the Ocean. On those windy days we hung out in the pool. It was great. Thumbs up to Ron. At first thought was gonna be a invasion but far from that. He was very helpful and friendly. Thumbs up. Ten of us stayed there and we had our own space. Like i said very awesome. Thank you and will definitely like to do again. Also the bonus was the Air show going on had a front row seat. Thanks once again. Highly recommend Barges Family

Great location

The house is beautiful and large enough to fit our 12 person family vacation. Plenty of beds and baths. Mattresses and pillows are decent but the location is walks from the beach which is exactly what we wanted. The heated pool and hot tub was a definite plus as we went in cooler months! I highly recommend. They also had beach chairs, toys, etc which was a plus! The o my downfall I would say is the manager did pop in 4 times and I believe that is too much. An initial introduction visit would be good then text messages if needing to communicate. Just seemed a bit excessive for our 4 day trip. But I would go back for sure!

Roach motel

Ive been renting in Fort Lauderdale for a decade, this location was fabulous, pool and tub worked well. BUT kitchen was overrun with roaches. We found insecticides in the garage and sprayed the area. Days later the caretaker did the same. Problem remained and Orkin treated the area. Problem lessened after 3-4 Orkin’s treatment but did not disappear completely. GasGrill was dangerously clogged and a fire raged from the rear. Not worth the price iI paid for a 3 week stay.

Perfect location

We had an absolute blast the location is perfect right off A1A nice neighbors and an amazing owner so friendly! The pool was relaxing and so nice to soak after a long day. House was clean and fresh smelling linens clean and abundant. Would absolutely rent again we even loved the iguanas Running around the neighborhood.

We stayed in the house this past summer in June. It was my two kids with their spouses, and their two kids each so my four grandkids. The house was amazing very well stocked very well taken care of and the kids had a blast in the pool. We were very close to the beach Ronnie the house manager is super attentive and everybody was very nice and we had a wonderful stay. I thank the owner and the manager for making our summer a great one. I highly recommend this house
