Welcome to our modern waterfront retreat, just 5 minutes away from the excitement of the Hard Rock Casino! Just 10 minutes from FLL Airport and centrally located down Ft. Lauderdale, Las Olas, the beach, shopping centers and malls.

Whether you're a group of travelers looking to explore the best of what South Florida has to offer or just looking to relax, this is the perfect family vacation home. With accommodation for up to 15 guests, including the option of an air mattress for added flexibility, this stunning property is ideal for families, friends, or even corporate gatherings.

Plenty of room in the backyard to hose your next gathering and you get to enjoy our newly installed pool. Our home is your home and we're happy to have you and your family enjoy the space comfortably.

The house has 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, a large dining area with a smart TV and 1 family room with a smart TV.

We supply you with: bed linen, towels, toiletries, fast & free WiFi, A fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer, and hair dryer.

DISCLAIMER: You must be 25 years or older to book this property. This property DOES NOT allow groups under 25 years of age. Absolutely no parties! If you are looking to host an event, photo shoot/production shoot or large gathering of any kind, please notify us beforehand.

PARKING is limited to 3-4 vehicle's depending on size. No Parking on landscaping or grass. This property is located in Dania Beach.

This property is located in a quiet residential area and the residential noise ordinance from 10 PM to 7 AM must be followed. Reservation will be canceled and guests will be asked to find other accommodations if there are noise complaints by the neighbors and/or the Fort Lauderdale Police Department gets dispatch to the property.

Valid ID is required upon booking and reservation will be canceled if the rules are not followed.

The entire space is available for guest use and features a keyless entry. This is a Single Family Home with a driveway. Main entrance is on SW 42nd Terrace, we'll send you detailed instructions the morning of your arrival.

Please do not mess or tamper with any cabinets or storage closets with locks on them. They are only to be used by the cleaning crew for restocking.

There is NO SMOKING- Pets may be approved on a case by case basis. If you do smoke we ask that you do so outside and dispose of cigarette butts in a cup, so they do not litter the property.

Not a true 5 bedroom

Some areas not cleaned ie freezer had lots of spilled and frozen something in it. Showers needed cleaning. Pull out couch pretty broken and that was counted as a bedroom. Room with bunk beds had an outside access door that children could get out and was accessible to the backyard and canal. This room Had a deadbolt that needed a key but no way to lock it. Property manager was easy to get in touch with was so that was a positive
